Review 1：The shower pipe was torn and the stream was weak. Not enough electric light. Wool blanket on top of a sheet, very uncomfortable that blankets that touch other people touch me.

Review 17：Wi-fi connection was off and on during our second night (this may have been beyond their control). Villa Giovanna's location was about 1/4 mile from Tre Leon (where the staff was based) and I was not aware of any staff on VG's actual premises. If one person in the group went out with the keys, the rest were essentially locked in, since a key was needed to open the front gate from within. Perhaps one can request an extra set. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is happy to deal with the above issues.

Review 18：The room was spacious and clean. We asked for a "quadruple room" (four beds) and were given a suite with two rooms, which was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure we got breakfast before the early-morning airport shuttle to our flight. They were also helpful with train schedules, city maps, etc. Both Villa Giovanna and its parent hotel, Tre Leoni, are an easy walk from the train station. The price was good.

Review 39：Our pick up man did not talk to us only on his mobile not even hello He dropped us to another venue checked us in shouted at the receptionist took us to our venue 3 kms away where there was no other guests let alone a manager. We had to walk 1km to get a drink These type of places should not be functioning let alone be advertised on your website This is the second time booking.com has got it wrong

Review 40：The fridge was not clean, there was a left over of pizza from the previous tenant. Location hardly to get their with the gps coordinates because of the one way road.

Review 41：The location is about 12 minutes from Malpensa airport which was great for us since we have arrived late night. Spacious apartment with enough beds.

Review 42：Perfect organization of the transfer from/to the airport and to/from the check-in place (Hotel Tre Leoni). There is also a nice restaurant offering dinner (7pm till midnight) and early breakfast (starting from 4am). Special thanks to the driver who made a transfer for our big family!
