Review 1：The daily staff at both reception desk and breakfast room were very bad ... No smiles, no welcome smiles, nothing The front street were I parked my car was bad ... I found damages on my car in the second morning The green blankets on to the beds were dirty and the bed themselves were very unconfortable

Review 3：I informed the staff i would check-in late before my flight at around 21:00. To my amazment I arrived at 21:30 to find they had given my room to someone else. I was relocated to a cheaper room and had a very uncomfortable experiance.

Review 5：Stayed at Tre Leoni three times already. Not a fancy hotel, but clean and wonderful location. One block from the train station where you can take the train to either Milan or Lago Maggiore. The staff will pick you up and take you back to the airport. Wonderful food in the restaurant and very reasonable. Very friendly staff.

Review 9：They have really good shuttle service - you just need to write an e-mail while making reservation and then call the hotel when you are at the airport. It is good place to stay when the flight is late at night or early morning. There no problem to communicate in English. At the hotel is a small nice restaurant

Review 12：Very good shuttle connestion with Malpensa Terminal 1 airport, just 10 min drive. I had to overnight near the airport as far as my flight was too early, I paid 45 eur including breakfast and free shuttle. The restaurant on site for dinner was not bed. If you are late, eat hear and go to bed.

Review 13：Very helpful staff - I needed to catch a train early the next morning & I don't speak any Italian so the staff told me what I needed to do & wrote down the Italian I needed to buy my ticket. Also, although I'd requested a pick up from the airport I thought I was going to have to get a taxi, but the lovely taxi driver called the hotel for me & the free shuttle bus came :-)

Review 17：There's free pickup to and from the airport. It's not long walk to the nearest train station that goes to central Milan. The hotel restaurant was nice. The breakfast was okay, but not very healthy.

Review 26：Slit site. We were in part of hotel a drive away from the main part where breakfast was. Not great in the morning when you have to get three kids to breakfast. Behind gates so felt a little prison like. Beds not very comfy and room a bit dark. Train links to Milan from the village are not great in terms of frequency so if using to visit city keep this in mind.

Review 30：Our apartment was about 800 m far from Tre Leoni in an apartment house managed by the hotel, so we had to walk 10 minutes for the breakfast. Breakfast room was crowded as well as the car park. Very small shower cabin. Weak WIFI signal in the apartment.

Then, in the morning, on agreed hour, mini-bus drives you back to the airport. Very comfortable! Price on booking.com lower than when you try to book directly in the hotel. Room very small but not bad. Comfortable beds. Good pizza downstairs, till midnight or so. Breakfast served from very early morning hours (4 am? I don't remember)

Review 71：There was no arrange of electric cattle. There was poor wifi coverage. Also no lock in toilet. One bath room for 5 person. At 9:30 most of the breakfast items were not surve.

Review 73：The Hotel is close to the Malpensa Airport in Milan and this is an important advantage. 24 hours airport shuttle and breakfast starting at 4 AM is giving the traveler a good way of coming and getting to the airport at any time. Reasonable room size and clean facilities. Good restaurant on site.

Review 74：WARNING! Five of us (4 adults and one infant) stayed in two deferent flats, in a typical three stores building, more then a mile away from the Hotel. We spend a night in accommodation which does not have any kind of communication with this Hotel. That means that Hotel representatives arranged us a shuttle bus from Airport (upon our arrival), transferred us to Hotel for check in, and sent us in totally separate location in some building which they call “Villa” (they said they don’t have available rooms in a Hotel). In our flat, we didn’t have any communication with reception (no phone) so we had to use our mobile phones (in roaming) to call reception to send us shuttle bus and take us in Hotel for a breakfast. I do believe that the Hotel Management manipulate with all guest who make a room reservation over booking.com, because their General policy is to promote Hotel accommodation over internet, but upon arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport they just take you for check in and drive you after this far away from the Hotel in absolutely basic facilities (some kind of cheap flat). I new about this manipulation before our arrival date (via booking.com reviews), so I sent you official request to have both rooms in the main Hotel building, after I received mail confirmation that everything will be fine. When we checked in, I insisted to the receptionist to give us promised two rooms in the Hotel, but he said if we don’t want to stay in these two flats we can find another Hotel in the area. (off course this was unacceptable because I had nine months old baby with me so I had to accept this blackmail ).

(this they knew about when we checked out the following day.... pretty disapointing)

We were told to drive there. After seeing our reaction, the staff very kindly took us there in the minibus. The apartement we stayed in was a complete dump - I would never book this hotel again.

Review 79：When we booked there was no indication that we would be separate from the main body of the hotel. We were transported quite a few kilometres to another location and accommodated at Villa Giglio (which we assume is co-owned). We were completely isolated and didn't even have any water with us. The hotel did provide a shuttle to get us to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Given that we were so far out, water and tea/coffee facilities should have been supplied. The wifi which is part of our criteria for booking accommodation was very patchy and basically impossible to use. It was very unfortunate that we didn't work out earlier that they had taken advantage of us & shipped us off to this different accommodation as we would have like the actual main hotel.

Review 80：It was good to be able to accommodate 4 adults, a child and a baby together. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport. We had the best pizzas in Italy at the hotel restaurant.

Review 81：We booked a quad room and a double room. When we arrived the accommodation was not actually at the hotel but rather 5 kms away and not close to any shops. We arrived after a 7hr flight and were left at the residence with no water, directions or information. The residence was very comfortable however we only needed to book 1 room as it had 6 beds. Therefore we overpaid by 140 Euro.

Review 82：The absolute best thing about this hotel is the restaurant. The single best pizza in Italy!! Staff in both hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle from the airport is a bonus.

Review 107：We landed in Milano at 23:00, and needed to phone the hotel in order to be taken there by the hotel's shuttel. Tried to call for about 30 minutes before the reception answered. Afterwards everything was very good.

Review 108：It is a nice hotel, family-friendly, though there was no kitchen. We didn't need it as we stayed for one night only and left for the lakes. The transport between the appartment and the main hotel is made by the hotel's shuttle, and is working great, came on time, and all the crew was pleasent.
