Reviews for One Niseko Resort Towers

Review 1:Hotel restaraunt only option to walk to - otherwise must take the but to town for dinner

Review 2:Nice hotel - good bus service, to 3 different ski hills - but you to work on their timeline. service from 9 am to 10 PM - not bad once you learn it

Review 3:Their location and insufficient shuttle service to nearby resort and for connection with niseko united bus. Also restaurant and food is not great and lack of facilities Staff is nice but overall operation can be improved

Review 4:The rooms are nice and spacious. Onsen is also nice and staffs are friendly

Review 5:I feel the hotel needs to make a computer available to guests.

Review 6:The staff were the best feature of this hotel. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable.

Review 7:Middle of nowhere and very hard to get a taxi anywhere so you could be stuck at the hotel. Room service apparently was at the discretion of the staff and not guaranteed. Common areas needed a touch up. The restaurant was small and looked like a school cafeteria. Not enough tables for breakfast so there were long lines and also same food every day which was average. The bar in the lobby only opened from 2pm to 6pm so little time for a beer there with friends after skiing. They didn't clean the room after the first day. The shop had too little of common supplies like water and canned coffee.

Review 8:Comfortable, warm rooms and a good onsen. Staff tried hard to be helpful. Especially one guy called Butler I believe.

Review 9:Very much overpriced, had a much higher expectation. Difficult to get a taxi, up too 1 hour waiting time. Breakfast very simple, no special , rate as 3 star hotel. Bar in the Lobby is most of the time closed.

Review 10:The Hotspring

Review 11:Memorable experience to stay in One Niseko Resort hotel. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious. See they can limit hotel guest to use towel in onsen to avoid mess up their.

Review 12:Staff ability to communicate and arrange even basic requests is poor. Staff did not ensure guests took care of children in the Onsen and towels were not replaced. Even in light of very high rates, 350 USD plus, in room coffee was not free, cleaning service poor and overall, this is a 2 star accommodation trying to pass as 4 stars. Shuttle infrequent. Would not return. Highly recommend the Hilton Niseko Village however.

Review 13:The size of the room was good for Japan especially if staying a few days.

Review 14:The lack of restaurant in the area.

Review 15:We enjoyed the quiet location away from the crowd in Niseko Village. And the hotel is infact an apartment that I feel at home from checking in. Moiwa Ski Park is just 5mins away and the relatively low crowd would allow family with young children to truly enjoy snow sports.

Review 16:location is quite far from welcome center and hotel receptionist(man) did a careless by foegot to book as shuttle bus for us from hirafu so had to wait another 1 more hour :( thats too bad

Review 17:onsen in the hotel is supurb and hotel room is very nice and new..compare with money i spent i m so pleased

Review 18:It was quite a distance from the city. It would be nice if there is signage to guide from the city.

Review 19:Fast and efficient service given by the staff. We have problem regards using the stove but the staff managed to settle if quickly and our room was changed.

Review 20:The location may not be the best, but if you rent a vehicle, no issue getting to the place

Review 21:The apartment was large, clean and comfortable - excellent for families.

Review 22:you cannot find the apartment using the phone no. through GPS. It takes me a while to drive there, but fortunately made my way. The kitchen utensils (frying pan and sauce pan) needed to be replaced as they were seriously damaged to a condition that cannot be used for cooking.

Review 23:it always cause me problem when seeing the photos and the real thing. This place matches. A very good place to stay which can be compared to five star service apartment, new accommodation, especially for the reasonable price paid. The breakfast is nice. Will stay again.

Review 24:Had stayed 4 times in 2 years. It's still the very nice hotel in Niseko. Very helpful staffs, nice onsen. For those who only stayed there for one night, the onsen changed everyday for men & women. One has sauna and smaller pool, the other no sauna but much bigger indoor pool. Therefore stopped complaining only men or women onsen had sauna. Although is a bit far from everything, but that's best part and very relaxing. Highly recommend!!!

Review 25:Wish they can provide bigger soup pots for cooking. As its a remote hotel, not much choice of restuarant around.

Review 26:love the cozy apartment, hot spring and breakfast lounge a lot.

Review 27:The area is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was huge and well- equipped. There was a very good selection of food sundries available in the lobby shop. Restuarant Tura was good.

Review 28:the variety and quality of breakfast have room for improvement. Shuttle bus service to the nearest station (niseko) operates only 3 times a day and you MUST do prior booking. I was waiting at niseko station thinking that the bus would arrive according to the scheduled time but to my disappointment it didn't turn up. Upon calling the hotel, i was told that prior booking need to be arranged, so you need to be decisive on whether you want to use the service early in the day before you leave the hotel, there is no chance for you to change your mind in the midst of the day when you get bored outside and wish to return to hotel early.

Review 29:There is an onsen at level 3 it is not a hotel room, it is more like a service apartment where you have kitchen, washing machine, living room etc.

Review 30:- small onsen and it's artificial, but not a big problem

Review 31:- very closed to the train station, - staff are more than willing to help on the town sightseeings and restaurants - room is clean, bed is comfort, bathroom has gorgeous view (i got a twin room at the end of the hall way)

Review 32:The title of the accommodation is extremely misleading. The accommodation was titled: single studio (5 adults)-single use. But when we arrived, the staff told us that the studio can accommodate 5 persons, but we only booked for 1 person. As the location is really bad, there's no way for us to get another hotel, leaving us with no choice but to forked out thrice the initial price.

Review 33:Onsen is good

Review 34:Second day of staying breakfast not that good. But I understand because it's low season so not many people stay do they can't provide many type of food.

Review 35:Free shutter bus and locker for ski gear

Review 36:Shuttle Bus should leave on time (it left before schedule time.) Please double check the guests in hotel lobby instead of just driving away without asking guests who were waiting there.

Review 37:All

Review 38:That I had to leave :(

Review 39:Everything!! Room was huge, lovely and clean separate bathroom/toilets, great view, funny tv channels, a cool onsen great for your first time, good breakkie, shuttle buses were great! Free ski lockers and amazing staff!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!! Only funny thing was the elevators , you gotta get in and out real quick haha

Review 40:The shuttle schedule has a gap between 11am and 2 pm so if you don't ski, it can be hard to get into town to run around midday. But you can plan around this.

Review 41:Proximity to several ski resorts was very handy. The staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Our views were lovely and the setting relaxed and low key. We were surprised by the restaurant, it was quite good.

Review 42:1:Al the boundaries didn't make it a free ride feeling. And don't cross the boundaries because the patrol will take your sky pass without a argument. 2:Many of the lifts are closed every day because off different resonance???

Review 43:The super pow

Review 44:40min bus into hirafu only runs every 1.5hrs and you have to Book it, staff cannot speak English very annoying

Review 45:Great onsen, big room, nice facilities ski lift only 5-10min walk away

Review 46:Possible to ski back to the hotel in the evening, great onsen, very nice well equipped, clean and spacious rooms, nice food in the restaurant, nice little bar in the hotel, great staff who are always willing to help. Moiwa for me is the best of the Niseko resorts, no crowds, amazing snow and great terrain.

Review 47:Rude tourists that don't respect the culture. Hard to get to some of the less popular lifts but once you get the mountain pass it get easier.

Review 48:Nice staff, very accommodating, onsen on sight for after a good ride. Can't ask for anything more

Review 49:The wardrobe was a bit small for ski wear, and there was not enough hangers. Sometimes there was a queue to the breakfast room in the morning.

Review 50:One Niseko offered a large and clean studio, the staff was charming, there was a small shop with drinks and snacks, and an efficient shuttle bus service to/from the lifts.

Review 51:to go skiing you need the hotel shuttle bus, that only goes every hour. to return you have to reservate in advance. the official shuttle bus "niseko united" does not go to the hotel.

Review 52:very friendly staff good comfort onsen to recommend

Review 53:The hotel was almost 30 minutes away from the town center. Although a shuttle service was provided free from the hotel it wasn't frequent, it stopped early and was often fully booked.

Review 54:Fantastic rooms with ample space and great social spaces. Very well maintained, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere.

Review 55:It's a bit further away from the main ski areas but it's only a short shuttle bus ride to get around most parts of Niseko.

Review 56:This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. Our room was huge and was an excellent base for skiing. The onsen is great and was especially enjoyable when it was snowing. We appreciated the free shuttle bus service. The staff members are very accommodating and friendly. I would especially thank them for their help in assisting in booking us a taxi to get us to the airport after I realised I'd made an error with our coach bookings. Also, the ski hire and lesson company associated with the hotel, as well as the coach and car transfer company are good value, very professional and highly recommended.

Review 57:the only issue was the location of the hotel from lifts. However the bus service made up for this.

Review 58:Nishi Mura's service was sensational. The addition of the bus service made the poor location of the hotel non apparent. Nishi in particular made it a great service.

Review 59:Limited of food choices in hotel but variety of food quite limited in almost all hotels in Niseko anyway

Review 60:It takes ten minute to Annupuri ski resort with free shuttle bus. Onsen is great, not many hotels in Niseko that have an onsen in their hotel. Don't have to talk about hotel facilities because everything looks new.

Review 61:Hotel location is not convenient and shuttle bus is not frequent enough. Hard to get a taxi even at 9pm.

Review 62:Spacious room, tidy and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff are helpful and attentive

Review 63:Not many food options Far away location with not a lot of shops around

Review 64:The rooms were very big and spacious and had a beautiful view. Staff were kind and friendly and helped us out a lot. There's complimentary breakfast which was great! The rooms were really cold but we had air con in both the living and bedroom so they wasn't a big issue. Overall i had a wonderful time at One Niseko Resort Towers.

Review 65:A bit far from main skii areas Hotel staff unable to book us in for airport shuttle and didn't notify us until the night before Went to their tura restaurant for dinner. The chef took 40 mins to get our pasta ready and the waiter was forgetful and forgot to bring our entree which required no cooking

Review 66:Hotel has a very modern and naturalistic vibe. Love the wooden furnishings. Has great indoor and outdoor onsen Although the hotel is a bit far from main skii areas, they provide complimentary shuttle buses Our room was amazing! We stayed in the premium mini suite which had a bedroom, tatami room, kitchen, dining area, living area and even it's own washing machine and drier. Room was clean and very generous in size

Review 67:restaurant choices are just ok, wish there would be shuttle connection to town in evening/ night for guests who wish to dine in town.

Review 68:pretty much every thing

Review 69:The ski areas were quite far away from the hotel. Although there are free shuttle buses to transport us to the ski areas, currently they only provide services to 2 areas out of the 4. So to get to the other areas, you either need to book a private taxi or take it from the other ski areas. It would be good if the hotel can provide shuttle bus to all the 4 areas.

Review 70:The kitchen facilities and utensils were complete- you could cook, fry and toast your bread. The premium suite with tatami area that we stayed in was huge and the view from all the rooms were gorgeous. The front of house service is really excellent and efficient. We had some problems communicating with our next hotel. Thus the lovely staff named Chuo helped us to be the intepreter. Thanks to her, we were assured that the message was conveyed across. We really had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. Besides, they also have indoor and outdoor onsen experience!

Review 71:Nothing dislike!

Review 72:Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Staff can speak general English. The studio unit is spacious, with spacious sitting area and adequate amenities. The Hotel provides good Onsen, laundry facilities, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and free bike. Located in a tranquil area away from busy Niseko area, it is only about 5 minutes drive from Niseko JR station.

Review 73:Don't forget they swap the men & women onsen every night. I got caught out, haha

Review 74:Olsen very relaxing & room very spacious

Review 75:Food was very limited

Review 76:Only 1 bathroom for a 2-bedrooms apartment. Not enough plates and bowls.

Review 77:Spacious room

Review 78:Daily disposal of garbage would have been better.

Review 79:Staff were friendly & helpful. Shuttle from Hirafu was convenient.

Review 83:Location, far from main tourist spots.

Review 84:Room is spacious and fully equipped, restaurant food is good.

Review 107:Excellent facilities, outstanding staff and attention to detail.

Review 108:Nice staff! Had a great ski lesson too!

Review 109:Nothing

Review 110:Rooms, food, service, facilities

Review 111:The location of hotel is a bit isolated. If you drive, problem will be solved perfectly.

Review 112:Big room, open air onsen, good price

Review 126:Onsen was crowded

Review 127:The futons in the tatami room were not really thick enough - could have been heavier to have a better night sleep.

Review 128:The room is big and suitable for family stay. Breakfast is good and shuttle bus convenient. Will stay there again!
