Review 1：All let down by bad organisation by the maitre D' in the dining room. Too few staff and so the dining experience was not good. Food standard did not match that expected of 4star hotel. Disappointed to find that many facilities and beach bar closed mid September. Reason given that it was end of season is unacceptable when not printed in Hotel brochure. Wedding guests were given preference over residents and the dining room arrangements.

Review 2：Location, room ,style of property and grounds. All staff friendly and helpful but too few in number.

Review 9：far away from 4-star hotel and service, price/performance ratio is totally wrong, furniture and rooms need serious renovation, ants in the rooms and the whole building, even in restaurant! dirty dishes in restaurant and horrible food far away from Sardinian (Italian) quality and tastes for breakfast and lunch, problems with air-conditioning, only 1 beach area open, the beach is not cleaned from the weeds neither the sand and inside the water, personal don't really care about you and your problems, they only smile and doing nothing, nobody carries the luggage

Review 28：We didn't like the beach,the hotel doesn't clean it.There is big problem with service in bars and restaurants,no enought personnel!One day the dinner was served only with one waiter for 10 tables....we " ate" our dinner 2 hours and felt like in canteen.The dinners are not tasty at all- for us it was surprise that in Italy we can not enjoy the food.We rent a car and spent our time in Chia beach or Tueredda.We found very good restaurants in Pula and Chia.the administration of the hotel should think about change the cooker,take more professional wiatres and clean the beach!

Review 29：We enjoyed the boutique style of the hotel,evenings with guitar,nice ambience,nature,garden,landscape.very nice building in Sardignan style.We liked our room with 2 bathrooms:)))Good breakfast.

Review 30：The service in the restaurant . there was a maitre, who was bossing everybody around in an unpleasant way. THe girls were working very hard and doing their best. The food was very basic and not very good and fresh. The beach was covered with algae that smelled.

Review 31：The location. Beautifull setting in garden with private beach.Nice swimming pool .We had an upgrade to a beautiful room with sea view The beaches in Chia are more beautiful than the one at the hotel but is was convenient that you did not have to leave the hotel. The location is 5 star.

Review 36：Standard rooms could be refreshed and improved, as they are quite modest, first of all that should be done with bathrooms, as bathrooms are really old stylish, small and does not match with level of hotel. Drink prices in the bar might be a bit cheaper.

Review 37：Hotel location and territory is excellent. Hotel and villas around are surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, views from hotel area are great all around. Very peaceful and quiet place. Beach in front of the hotel can be considered as private, because of further riffs from both sides which eliminate access to other people. In case someone was writing that beach is not clean enough - you should go hiking along the cost to see how dirty is seacoast in most of other places, which is just because of seaweed "mountains". Seaweeds are protected there, so can not be removed from beaches completely, as sea is taking them back during storms. Hotel public areas are very nice, just as in pictures. Swimming pool is just fantastic, very big, all made from stones, with clear freshwater (no sea water, no chlorine!), which was great. Half board option is great, as there is no place where to eat around, unless you have a car and willingness each evening to go somewhere in a distance of 15-40km for that. Free of charge espresso during breakfast. Not a big choice, but everything tasty enough. Dinner (4 course) is very ok if you are not expecting something extraordinary. Always there is a choice of 3 for each of the courses, so even after a week we were not feeling bored by the menu. Food was fresh and tasty, especially we enjoyed fish, pastas and meat dishes. Hotel staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. Could not be better. We had a wonderful week at Is Morus Relais, even if there is something to improve, it did not affect our positive impression of the hotel. Great place!

Review 38：We started our honeymoon trip in this hotel and it was exactly what we wanted, gorgeous surroundings, right on the beach and a fabulous pool. Our breakfast and evening meal was also included which was great, as we didnt have a car we stayed in the hotel for lunch and it was a bit pricey but food was fresh and delicious so all n all worth it I guess. The staff were great, and organised our car hire to start our road trip around Sardinia.

Review 39：Appalling, indifferent service - the only place in Italy (and we've been many many times to all corners of it) where we've not felt welcome (or even helped with luggage at check-in!!!). Service standards are really poor, both in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Food is buffet-type and also rather humdrum. The private beach is, by a far cry, not amongst the even average ones in Sardinia, and the services and facilities (including amenities and toiletries in the rooms) leave a lot to be desired. This is the worst 4-star hotel we've ever stayed in, and terrible value for money at nearly 400 EUR a night (clearly catered to unsuspecting Russian tourism who might be attracted by specific language skills offered). Avoid at all costs!

Review 40：Location, the woodland setting in the middle of a quiet nowhere in Southwest Sardinia. Nice swimming pool.
