Reviews for Hotel Niseko Alpen
Review 1:They don't speak English much
Review 2:It was near go snow. There's a shuttle that goes from go snow to pick you up and bring you back. It's also very near the bus stop. The buffet breakfast was good too
Review 3:The fridge made noises which can be disturbing at night but this seems to be a singular room issue (room 268).
Review 4:The location being next to ski ticket booth and rental. Rental provide discount for hotel customers. It is very convenient. Room next to ace family ski line, we can watch the family member going through the line.
Review 5:The lack of English speaking staff at the reception. One receptionist tried to tell me what I need. The rain and wind in April was awful.
Review 6:The bed were comfortable and provided a good sleep. The breakfast has a wide asian and intercontinental choice. The onsen is nice with the outdoor pool.
Review 7:Bland breakfast, need to extend hours to 10am Caucasian egg station cook should be fired as refused twice to cook eggs 10' before closing Smoke smell and old carpet

Review 10:Onsen is the best part of this Hotel and very close to Ski Station, if you would like to ski this hotel is highly recommend,
Review 11:The bathroom is oldish and needs renovation. The water of the shower is diffcult to regulate: either too hot or too cold. The room was not ready for check in at 2 pm as it should have been.
Review 12:The location is excellent. One minute from the welcome center and right on the lifts. The room was spacious and with a nice view of the slopes and good beds. Breakfast (included) was also quite good.
Review 13:Beds are super uncomfortable, it's like sleeping on rocks. The breakfast isn't great either.
Review 14:Staff were awesome and location is seriously amazing.
Review 15:Cost way to much money, you pay for the location. Wifi in the rooms was pretty bad. Breakfast was average.
Review 16:Location was excellent at the base of grand hirafu gondolas
Review 17:Lack of storage/drawers and adequate wardrobe space in room for 4.
Review 18:Location! Ultimate ski-in ski-out facility. Easy walk across road to and from Hirafu welcome centre Even with luggage. Excellent onsen and spa facility. Comprehensive ski and boot storage facility. Good sushi restaurant on site. Breakfast buffet good.
Review 19:Very poor quality food choices for breakfast and dinner. Extra charges for use of pool and spa areas. Overpriced generally but despite this the breakfast room is always crowded.

Review 21:i can smell smoke from the next room.
Review 22:very warm welcome from staffs with good English. The Hotel is next to Grand Hirafu ski lift and rental by 1 minute walk, 2 minutes walk to Welcome Center Bus stop and 5-10 minutes walk to convinience stores, restuarants and souvenior shops. Hi-speed wifi in every room.

Review 24:Loved the onsen, the pool, the masseur and acupuncturist.. oh and the location is fantastic - opposite the gondola. The breakfast buffet was MASSIVE. You can really fill up.
Review 25:The specks of dirt on our shower curtain.
Review 26:We stayed during an off peak season so I suspect this may have something to do with the less than desirable cleanliness standard. In general, the facilities, common areas were clean and bright. My only complaint is that the shower curtain in our room could have been cleaner. There were a few dark specks that looked like they could and should have been wiped away. Other than this, I don't really have any complaints. The breakfast spread was quite generous. We found a lovely little cafe down the road that opens till late (9 or 10 pm). It was called iGate and is located in a shop selling ski apparel. I am not much of a bread lover but their sandwich sets (with soup in a cup) were cheap and absolutely delicious on a chilly night!
Review 27:1) no blackout drape in our room...
Review 28:1) indoor 25m swimmig pool. 2) outside bath tab with beautiful Mt.Yotei view 3) only ten foot access to the ski lift
Review 29:Though the entire facility is non-smoking, there were isolated incidents of people smoking inside the facility.
Review 30:The staff were very helpful and everything was as advertised. There were no surprises regarding service or facilities. There was an excellent Western/Japanese breakfast buffet. Both the bath/sauna and swimming pool were very clean and well maintained. Overall, an excellent stay.
