Review 3：Great Motel. One of the best I have stayed in. Super clean and comfortable. Great facilities for the little kids. My daughter loved running around the Orchard, playing on the small play area and of course the pool. We loved being able to pick fruit to make juice in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. The motel was very modern and fully equipped with everything you need. We were surprised how spacious it was inside. Will definatley be back again and recommend to others. Review 4：Would have liked security stays on the windows so we could open without being concerned of break in and the addition of sheer curtains would have made the unit more private as people walking outside the units could easily see in.

Review 8：The orchard motel was a great place to stay! The staff were all so happy and lovely to talk to. The rooms were nice and big and the beds were very comfortable. Although we didn't use the outdoor facilities ie the pool, spa and bbq area because the weather wasn't that great it all looked very inviting! Would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Kerikeri! Thank you for having us :)

Review 21：Perfect motel for a one or two night stay.Just a short drive to Paihia & the ferry to Russell. The studio room we stayed in was very clean with a kitchenette, the bed was quite comfortable & the area quiet of an evening.

Review 23：Having a orchard outside your back door which you are allowed to pick oranges from. Full range of SKY TV channels and great picture quality on the television. Not having to pay extra for the use of a cot, and had a staff come to assemble it in the room.
Review 24：TV very old small analog input. Sky decoder very old combination aspect ratio completely wrong (picture does not fit the screen) remote controls not easy to use. Room entry area unswept with leaves and cobwebs. Fittings etc. noticeably budget. Microwave was a $50 antique model white had turned yellow. Bed and sheeting minimal comfort. The receptionist (owner) didn't ask it we enjoyed our stay, just pay and goodbye. Probably would do better with a cash injection. I travel all over the world regularly (Gold FF Member) so have a good point of comparison against European hotels. (€65-€90).

Review 48：Cleaner came into our room while we were still packing our car, I know we left the keys on the reception, but we would prefer if they would wait till we will drive away and not trying to clean our room while we can see it. its a little thing, but it makes a lot of difference to the guest! it makes you feel that a motel respect your privacy

Great facilities, lovely gazebo amongst the orange trees to have dinner or cook a BBQ, rooms hotel quality and easy stroll to town. Very nice food at the black olive restaurant which is a 2 min walk. Thoroughly recommend this motel

You could help yourself with fruits from the orchard if you felt like it...as it was just there out of the living room door! There was free wifi. Moreover there is a good Indian restaurant as well as a baker's 50m from the motel.

Review 60：Nice tidy room with en suite - great to have a swimming pool and spa. There was also a laundry, which is great for long stays. Bed was dressed nicely and linen was nice crisp & clean to sleep in. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed.

Review 64：Sofa to watch t.v. is atrocious! It is a fold out bed and the springs stick through and make a most uncomfortable seat to try and relax in. We would not come back unless these were changed.

Review 68：As said the motel has an orange orchard, with fruit rotting on the ground and when you enter the room a plate with 2 oranges and a lemon is on the table. Nice touch - NO they are plastic! Whoever thought that was a good idea needs their head read. The other issue was WiFi Only one device per room and only for 12 hours so once started the countdown had begun. In this day and age a motel needs to offer unlimited access and fortunately most do.

This was a very important thing for our trip and we ended up having to change accommodation last minute. Probably should be something that is mentioned to customers when they book as it can be seen as misleading....
