Review 1：Just be aware that there is no lift but we managed on the top floor with lots of luggage. WiFi in not available in all areas. 'Clearly an untruthful statement.' It is only available in the reception and the lounge area intermittently. If you need WiFi and privacy then you will not get it as it is all in public places in the hotel.

Review 2：Polite, kind, helpful and friendly receptionists. They knew a great deal and advised us about good and not so good restaurants and locations. Super Clean hotel and apartment. good supermarket on opposite side of the road. Roof terrace in our apartment commanded lovely views and ideal drying and eating area. Quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful location close to wonderful beaches and mountains.

Review 3：Too hard bed for my sensitive back, but I received additional blankets when I complied. Internet did not worked in our room and was very weak in the reception hall. Pool at an other hotel 500 m away.

Review 4：God and clean middle class hotel with nice and helpful staff. Our apartment had a quite large balcony with outlook to the garden and good pentry equipment. Well-sorted supermarket, just over the street, was open 7 days a week . We spent at Marina Palace a pleasant week. Our favorit was Baron beach about 4 km south from the hotel. (Do not miss a trip with boat DavideGolia to the Laguna beach and other small cosy beaches along the gulf)

Free parking also available across the road from the hotel. The beach is less then 5 minutes away by car but can be reached in about 20-25 minutes walking. Nicer beaches along the gulf of orosei are easily accessible by car. Lovely restaurant just a minute from the hotel across the road to the left :)

Review 23：Booked a room with patio/balcony, receptionist did not give this to us. Room in basement, loud and smelly. Attitude of receptionist on duty inexplicable and deplorable. Wifi non-existent, despite being sold as such.

Staff was very helpfull, although it would be nice if they had better english knowledge; the room itself was spacious enough, had a small kitchenette equiped with all the necessary tools to cook. The hotel is easy to find as there are signs along the way, as you get closer to orosei. Free private parking.

Review 26：Our apartment was comfortable and a good size. Excellent bathroom and cooking facilities. We had a room facing backwards onto the mountains and an old orchard which we think were better than those looking onto the main road at the front. The staff were always very helpful, friendly and polite. The supermarket across the road was really handy for provisions and wine!

Review 33：There are no lifts in the Hotel. Although Wi-Fi was supposed to be available in all the Hotel, the signal was weak and the connection was flaky at best, which unfortunately seems to be a problem on many hotels. The link was intermittently dropping on my mobile devices and my laptop couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at all. This could be because our apartment was on one of the corners of the building. Luckily we had three SIM cards with data plans on our mobile devices so it wasn't much of a problem for us but if you are travelling from overseas and depend exclusively on the Hotel's Internet that could be a problem for you.

Review 34：This hotel is conveniently located on one of the main roads, just 5 minutes away from the center of Orosei on foot. The apartment was quite spacious and was equipped with aircon on both living room and bedroom, washing machine and cooker. No microwave though, if I recall correctly. The aircon machines are old but they do their job. The sockets on the wall are the traditional italian three-pins-in-a-column ones which means that if you have a device with the round european schuko, the earth wire is not going to be connected unless you use an adapter, which could be a problem (although usually it's not) depending of the type of device you're using. The sockets will accept only thin pins though, one of our electric devices (using schuko) had the thicker pins and we couldn't plug it in. Our apartment was due south which was great because it was facing some fields so it was extremely quiet and peaceful. My guess is that your experience may differ significantly if your apartment is due north as it would be facing the main road and and the supermarket which can be quite busy and noisy. The apartments on the higher floors have a nice balcony with table and chairs. There is a fairly big supermarket literally in front of the Hotel. It has quite a big range of foods and other items, butcher's counter, etc. Ideal if you're planning to cook your own meals. There are also lots of restaurants on the same road that leads to the center of Orosei. The frutti di mare pizza at the Sa Marina Restaurant (200m down the road) was just incredible. The center of Orosei (which is just 5min away on foot) is also full of nice shops, bars and gelatterias. In summer the area is thriving and shops and bars are open until late, Monday to Sunday. Free parking is available just opposite the Hotel. Overall our stay was very good.

Review 77：This is not a complaint - only a comment. The first room we were offered had a tree blocking the view so we were given another room. The tree needs trimming. The local beach is not for children or weak / timid swimmers. There is such a beach 10 km north of Orosei.

The location is quite good, with a supermarket right in front, and the village centre a very short walk away. You need a car for the beaches (though a long walk to the coast is also very pleasant), but this is the case for most of the island.
