Review 1：The bed had a head board that stuck out so was hard to sit up in bed to watch TV,only one chair. But that is a minor thing really!

Review 3：The room was comfortable & quiet and the motel was in close proximity to the local places of interest. The management team were extremely friendly & efficient and helped us greatly with providing valuable information about the area. Definitely recommend Charm City to everyone.

Review 4：we were not happy when we were informed that we could not check in before 1pm and had to check out by 9.30am or we would have been charge extra. at most other motels this is not the case.

Review 9：We got an executive room which was fantastic. We have been doing a lot of travel and stopped at quite a few motels but nothing has been as good as this one. The husband and wife owners are great too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Review 15：WOW where to start, I was absolutely amazed at how great this room was, I was expecting a room with a double bed a TV and a bathroom, but we got so much more it was just like a mini house, we didn't want for anything ,with its self contained kitchen and free WiFi it was like a home away from home :-) with very friendly staff to match, I am going to brag to everyone I know about it.

Review 16：The bathroom had one of those "compact" sinks which are not the most convenient. Room was fine, but could benefit from a "freshen-up" of paint and some new fixtures.

Review 20：Charm City motel is well located, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very welcoming and always available to provide advice on things to do in Bundaberg, places to eat, and so on. The free wifi was fast and efficient.

Review 21：The single bed in the room was terrible it sunk in on one side, so I would feel like I was going to roll off the bed. The fridge was turned off and there was no signage to indicate that we needed to turn it on so the food and milk we had inside ended up spoiled.

Review 26：Lots of traffic noise. Lots of internal noise (water hammering in pipes, sound of water rushing from other rooms, external engine noise all night from somewhere). Only one light source. Glaring fluorescent above mirror. No bedside lamps or even powerpoints. "Self -contained" meant a portable two burner electric stove and a sink.
