Review 1：Steep stairs from street parking up, but staff assisted with luggage and views are absolutely wonderful.

Review 2：Location and views on Kotor Bay. Dragana was a wonderful hostess and upgraded us to a better apartment for a slight fee which was immediately corrected when pointed out. Good value for money.Most enjoyable.

Review 3：On the frontsite was a very load, busy streat with a lot of noice. Also the location was very far from locations with restaurants and shops. Also public transport was very difficult to get.

The staff in general at the tourist desk and in the restaurant could not do enough for us and this really made our trip! The view from the Villa is gorgeous and you never tire of looking at it. The private beach is fantastic and really well equiped. The use of Kayakas etc is a great extra to offer. The villa is well set up for self catering and is spacious. Location is quiet and off the beaten track a little but this added to it's appeal for us.

Review 13：Was put in location 10 minutes drive away from were we thought we booked. Very nice house, but inconvenient to have to drive to get to the nice beach facilities. Very poor and dangerous parking at new location. Wi-fi workes only in one corner of the living room of apartment.

Review 25：The only negatives were that the toilet seemed to leak a bit and the shower had no hook, so you needed to hold it in one hand. I'm sure as soon as they read this though that it will be fixed straight away, so you definitely shouldn't let this stop you staying here.

Beach across the road, restaurant and shop on doorstep (and another waterside fish restaurant to die for walking distance). And the owner Silvia, and local staff couldn't have been more lovely.

Well placed to explore the bay of Kotor but nicely away from the hordes that pack the 'resort' areas. Montenegro still offers good value - eating out is reasonable. The scenery is stunning and the waters are crystal clear. The staff speak English - you may find some shopkeepers don't (or don't want to..) Make sure you get the receptionist to 'register' you with the authorities - this was carefully checked when we left by car.

The restautant is really good and the pricing of both this and the beach bar is fair. Dont miss out on a boat trip to Perast and dinner there!

Review 50：We were there with a bunch a friends - all very fashionminded and extremely critical (we are the kind of people who walk around two hours to find the perfect restaurant). But we fell instantly in love with this place. There are a lot of appartments but it's so quiet and peaceful over there that you feel on your own private island. The apartments are clean and trendy decorated. The terrace is great and has a sunbed and a big table for six. The view is amazing - a big bay with two islands in the middle of it and mountains everywhere you look. There's a pebble beach just for the guests with peddles, boats ... The people who run this place come from Serbia and are amazing! They really do everything to make you feel at home and relaxed. This is a hidden gem! We were there for five days and felt bad for leaving. Great experience!

Review 51：Apartment was booked as two bedrooms and separate living area. Not thecase, as there was one bedroom with the only a/c and a living roomwith a sofa bed. Very hot with one a/c only, but described asa/c apartment. Swimming pool is small and suitable for childrenonly. Description on Booking.com shows photographs suggesting VillaVujovic, but some are in fact photos of the Boka Gardens development!Self-catering is difficult with limited cooking facilities. Twin hotplate with two very large pots supplied. Shower sometimes suffered fromlow water pressure. Seems a lot to complain about, but the longer westayed the more we enjoyed the area. It would just have been nicer tohave a proper 2 bed roomed apartment with air conditioning.

Review 53：I am really tempted to say I disliked lots of things, just so I can have it all to myself next time I go! But of course, there was nothing I disliked.

Review 54：Where does one start? I'm pretty sure we had one of the smaller, simpler apartments, but it had stunning views from the balcony (they all do) to the small private beach below and out across the beautiful bay to the islands and Perast. Behind the apartments is a small, pretty garden with a big barbecue that we used several times. The pool is only small, but perfect for children. There is an excellent restaurant and a small, reasonably priced shop. The private beach is small but perfect, and the water just unbeatable. As it is sheltered, it is usually calm, and there are none of the dangerous undertows you get in some other parts of the Mediterranean. The staff are all excellent - they can arrange trips, car hire, taxis, boat trips, all at reasonable prices - and it was a real pleasure to meet the cultured Sonja who owns the place and her lovely family, who have a real knack of making everyone they talk to feel like the only guest there. Definitely to be recommended.
