Review 1：Nothing at all, the holiday was wonderful!

Review 2：The staff were so accommodating! They offered advice on places to visit, suggestions on local wines and were generally agreeable and approachable. We travelled in October, so out of high season, but we were still very well looked after.

Review 3：Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help us plan our daily activities, including a private hire speed boat for a very reasonable price, and offered advice for where else to visit. Breakfasts and dinners were amazing - the quality of the dishes were outstanding Lovely and clean hotel with a balcony view over the bay from our room. Upgraded to a suite upon arrival.

Review 4：- In front of main road so is rather loud all night. I was fine, but if you have trouble sleeping through some noise, you might need some ear plugs - AC works and sometimes not. You need to figure out the 'Montenegrin' style AC machine - The beach is somewhat private. It is not so crowded (not at all compared to Budva beaches or Ulcinj etc) but there were local small families that took over the front row- We thought at least the front row can be reserved purely for guests. The staff need to be a bit more strict regarding this. But, still I must say- beautiful small pebble stone beach - Location is not surrounded by restaurants. You will need to drive. Recommended locations for eating (as it is not easy to find, so we share our findings): Drive to Herzeg Novi, there is a great small pizzeria that is on the way up the hill from lower locations to the first level fortress (not the one higher up). Or Oro di Terra restaurant (drive towards Herzeg Novi, when you see the big board with a Flamingo on street, turn left. Park on high level first then walk down the hill)

Review 8：I have to admit I was a bit upset when we first entered our room--it was the largest room in the small hotel but had the worst view. The pictures on the website (both b.com and the hotel's own) had a different picture of the balcony and view which was very misleading. I booked here for my honeymoon and was very much looking forward to the idea of seeing the bay out of our bedroom window, with a balcony large enough for breakfast. In our suite, the bedroom was on the interior side and the balcony was on the side of the hotel and only big enough to stand on really. The staff did try to accommodate us when they saw my disappointment, and I encouraged them to have more realistic room photos so that this would not happen again. I was appeased when I saw after dinner they had given us a complimentary bottle of local wine and did flower petals on the bed when they realized it was a special stay for us.

Review 9：The staff were absolutely amazing! So kind and genuinely cared that we had a great stay, excellent service. It's a family owned hotel and you could really tell by the vibe of the place. The hotel's beach (which is not private per se but does have spots reserved for customers of the hotel) was lovely and we saw the same local family there a couple of times and then realized when we saw in a magazine that it was the family that owned the hotel! It was really nice to have a mix of tourists like ourselves and local people and friends of the family all hanging out together enjoying the beautiful bay. We ate in the hotel restaurant 2 nights and had breakfast there every morning--by far, best hotel breakfast I've ever, ever had. The buffet was amazing and had a great selection of fresh foods, but could also order a la carte dishes, like omelettes and pancakes, for free! I've never had this at a hotel before, and the food was delicious.

Review 10：We booked a double room asking for an extra bed for a child, as it could be included. Got there our room had a crib. They upgraded us to a triple room as they said, but the room was about the same and they added a folded armchair. Ended up paying more than should have. Breakfast is ok, nothing special

Review 17：It was amazing. The first impression exceeded my expectations and from the very first moment i felt myself like at home. Fast check-in service, clean rooms, great breakfast and more than anything so comfort mattresses. WOW! Definitely would come back again for vacation!

Review 19：The staff were excellent! The very helpful receptionists and waiter made the trip a pleasure. As it was part of our honeymoon trip they gave us chocolates and prosecco on our arrival and left little notes on our bed. They offered advice on where to go and directions. The restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing with homemade muffins. The private beach was divine and relaxing. There is a lovely, trendy coffee shop just by the ferry port and the ferry is free on foot to the village opposite the bay. You can then get taxis for cheap to Kotor Bay if you don't fancy the bus.The bus is only around 30 mins though. Also go to the Catovica Mlni restaurant in Morinj which is 5 minutes on the bus and the driver let us on for free as it was so close. Would definitely recommend this hotel and Montenegro for great service, lovely food and people. And the mountains!!

Review 80：The staff were very polite and never hesitated to help us. We were quite surprised by this because we were not been treated this way before in the Balkans. The breakfast was really good and it included a fruit salad which was a nice addition. The rooms were comfortable and clean with the view facing the sea.

Besides, rooms are very clean and cleaned up every morning. The panorama from the room is amazing, just in front of the sea and the fjord. The restaurant is very good too with a large selection of local, balkanic and european wines. Review 86：Believe me, this is a real gem of a hotel. The staff were fantastic from the first contact to the last. Nikola (a man, despite having in English, a girls name) was the most professional yet entertaining waiter I have ever come across. He remembers your preferences and delivers without having to ask. One evening he flambéd a fresh fish at our table. The girls on reception were also very knowledgeable and helped organise trips for us. All were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The room was light, spacious and finished to a high standard with a lovely sea view and a balcony to sit out on. The communal areas were very tastfully furnished and felt inviting and comfortable. The food was amazing and good value. We always took Nikola's recommendations and never looked at the menu, we were not disappointed. Now a moment of reality. The hotel is on a main road and realistically, there is no where to walk to. This is not like a resort where you wander out at night into a busy town full of shops, bars and restaurants. However, the local buses stop right outside and all the main towns in the area that you will most likely visit are less than 30 mins / 3 € away. The ferry is 200 metres away and free for foot passengers. Pop across and a 5 € taxi takes you to Porto Montenegro where you can look at the super yacht's and rub shoulders with the super rich. Remember your deck shoes ! Kotor old town (a mini Dubrovnik) is 30 mins / 2 € away via an amazing coast road not to be missed.

He was so warm and bubbly person who told us of all extras that we should see and do around the area. We really appreciated it! Thank you to all in the hotel-You made us fall in love with Montenegro...love at first sight and we will definitely come back soon. The food in the restaurant was tres magnifique, thank you Chef! And mojitos in the evening made everything even more fabulous! Our stay was short but Sweet!

Review 109：Wall audibility. Close location to the road. Baldahinas on the beach are not free of charge. No electric kettle in the room. Pineapple in the fruit basket on the breakfast was for decoration. Would be better if the prices for seafood in the restaurant are lower.

Review 114：It is a family owned hotel. Not big, modern and clean. My room had a lovely balcony directly facing the water. What really makes the hotel special is the people. From the owners of the hotel to staff, everyone is making great effort to look after their guests. I stayed here for 4 nights in May and really enjoyed my stay. On one evening while having my dinner, I asked the hotel restaurant staff how to get to the nearest post office to send some postcards. After my dinner, the hotel offered to post the cards for me. Location wise, it is well connected to Herceg Novi (every 30 mins, bus to Herceg Novi stops right outside the hotel). From Herceg Novi, it is easy to get further connecton buses to Croatia as well as towns around the Kotor Bay. The hotel is very clean, with lovely view overlooking the Kotor Bay. The restaurant is modern. I think they have different menus for peak season and off peak season. The menu I had seemed to be a shortened version, however all the dishes I tried were lovely prepared and very tasty. Great hotel, excellent service; highly recommend. I would definitely come back myself.
