Review 1：Food taste is very bad, distance from car park to check in area is very far away, we need to take our heavy luggage, baby car, baby to walk around 8 mins, and then 5 more mins to the room with a lots of step as well

Review 3：Our bed was a little hard, made our backs sore. No extra mattress pad available. Had to ask for extra blankets and used the the down comforter as a mattress pad instead.

Review 4：The activities at the resort are fabulous. They have a volcanic hot spring bath (onsen), petting zoo, outdoor Adventure Patk/Genki Forest, indoor adventure park/castle,dome power spa and petitng zoo to name a few. All are at cost, but if you stay on property you'll receive a 10% discount for most activities. The Dreamzone is colorful and creative. The kids love it and we probably enjoyed it just as much. Dreamzone is located much closer to food options and resort activities. There are 4 restaurant options for dinner and 1 restaurant option for a buffet breakfast. Recommend the world buffet restaurant and the western food style restaurant. Lots of Dr. Kissfish places available.

Review 6：The onsen is fantastic, especially the one that is outdoor. The outdoor theme park is perfect for kids 9 to 14. The kids refused to come out
