Review 2：Conditions of cancellations are non-existent (30 days before the arrival for the free of charge and take 100 % of the total amount of the rent from week), one might as well say impossible to leave so surprised on arrival! 50€ compulsory of cool(expenses) of households(houseworks) (mentioned in young and impossible to be seen on the site of booking) even for a single overnight stay for 39€. Polluted water of toilets and sense of smell of sewers clears(releases) faucets and shower. Smell of become mouldy and of the closed dominates the apartment (corridor,show and bring )to room temperature even if we leave quite opened (very old building and full of humidity) Rumours(Noises) of the works (drill) from 9 am in the morning during our stay. Small shower of 60x60cm (one might as well say impossible to move). Lack of room of parking lot. Owners not the listening risks of diseases of the customers
Review 3：The receptionist Marco is pleasant, and professionel. Not far from Santa Teresa Di Gallura and Palau, Beautiful terasse and very beautiful view. Superficie of the appartement is big.
Review 4：We have self catered quite a bit in Italy and used to basic rustic set up. Needs a little investment in infrastructure. Ceiling fans for rear bedroom needed. Shower surround needed renewing. Pool surround needed work. With this relatively minor work it would be excellent.
Review 5：Andrea was delightful and helpful. Responds to text messages immediately. The location is ideal as midpoint between coastal towns of Palau and S Teresa Gallura which both have good restaurants. The coast in between has many gorgeous beaches to explore. Swimming pool was hit with 5 year old, particularly baby pool. Big pool excellent temperature. Great views. Lovely little town with all you need from mini supermarket, to doctor , tobacconist and ice cream. Rustic apartments.
