Review 1：Impersonal. Some minors unexpected problems like not hot water for shower, broken thermostats heating the room more than desired, closed restaurants with an option below expectation - few batasiolo's wines (in cuneo), industrial gnoc (in Italy), all could be just a minors problems but not for a £1k / night.

Review 3：Everything! Beautiful location, stunning accommodation, great food (even though we travelled out of season). Excellent spa facilities with no time restrictions and no extra cost.

Review 4：Small kids and even a baby in diapers playing loudly in Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Sauna. Not relaxing. Pool water could be warmer. One part of Jacuzzi bubbles was not working. WiFi and GSM phones not working in Pool area.

Review 6：the restaurant was closed on Friday 26th December (instead of Monday like mentioned in the website). Quite disappointed as this is a 1 star Michelin restaurant and we would have love to have dinner there.

Review 22：A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. We stayed 1 night here. It is a very relaxing hotel with great spa facilities.

Review 23：The attention to detail was a far cry from other five star hotels I wasused to. While the service and the hotel was acceptable for a fourstar, they were definitely not up to par for the amount I paid. To namea few, the tv was broken when I first arrived. There was no one to helpus unload our luggages from our car when we arrived. There was nocentralized temperature control. We had to open the window when theroom was too hot etc. In addition, the light control panel was toodifficult to understand. Took me a few minutes to turn on the rightlights in my room.
