Review 1：no view, window look to a sad dark very small back yard This is not at all a 4 stars hotel ans even more close to 2 I will be very carefull in the futur about how you deliver your rates

Review 3：No parking, I had to look for parking for 1 hour and I got fined...The town of Noli is very nice but giving fine for limited parking will make me not recommend going there anymore....
Review 4：The people working are very professional, courteous, helpful, I would recommend it to all my friends... Very near the beach, great view from the balcony, the small kitchen was very useful.
Review 5：A minor grumble regarding breakfast where the bread rolls were rather basic.
Review 6：Warm welcome, tastefully cool decor, jazz gently playing in the lobby, sea view, and fabulous comfy bed. We really enjoyed our stay! The restaurant next door (same building, but separately run) was excellent too, fresh fish dishes and a really good local white wine recommended by the chef.
Review 7：Poor breakfast. Road just in front of the hotel, made some noise. Squeaky doors and door handles.
Review 8：We had a room with a small kitchen and balcony. The room was quite spacious, the bed was good. Cafe and shopping street just around the corner. Several good beaches nearby. We spend good time there anyway. Liked the place and the sea.
Review 9：The location opposite the beachfront was noisy at night, but closing the thick glass doors does block most of the sound.
Review 10：Firstly Noli is an amazing beach town, well worth a visit. The hotel was extremely well located, right opposite the beach, definitely the nicest hotel in town. The breakfast was ample and delicious and the staff were helpful.
Review 11：Prise is too high, 150 € per night. It is not quiet comfortable room- no table with mirror, no shelves in the bathroom for my things, no socket close to mirror .
Review 12：Sea view from balcony. 50 meters from the beach. Breakfast is normal, nothing special for this prise. Personal are kind. Although , me saw the most wonderful view from balcony for cheaper prise. If you live in Italy, not so far from Noli- the beach is good. But special trip to Noli for relaxing on the beach from afar is not good idea.
Review 13：It would have been even better if there had been a small garden or terrace to sit, but next time I will try and reserve one of the rooms with some outside space.
Review 14：The Italia has a superb location, and our room overlooked the beautiful bay. The building is lovely, and breakfast was very good.

Review 19：Staff was not helpful. Beds were prepared only after we asked several times. Duvet was just thrown on top of a sheet. Thinking of how many people slept under it we decided not to use it. The hotel has no charm. Breakfast was rather poor. We went to a bakery next door to buy pastry for the children.
