Review 1：Dirty bathroom, mold in the shower, cheap toilet paper, dusty airvents, dirt/dust/rubbish under the beds.

Review 3：I suffered from dangerous situation on the way to hotel for the first time. The lady who answering my call helped me in time. I was very appreciated for her help, but I forgot to ask her name. And I also appreciate the gentleman picked me up in the foggy wild. I want to know their names if you can help me to find them. But in contrary the other lady on shift of my check in night was a little bit impatient(I asked she was not the lady answered my call). So how can I judge the attitude in one score? Because two people was totally in different attitude.

Wise choice to stay here and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends except that impatient lady.

Review 5：Location great for getting to plenty of local sights, great location for a stopover. Hotel staff were very helpful and food was excellent, rooms were very clean and wifi connection excellent.

Review 8：Jacuzzi and Pool was disabled for at least few days, and my stay was during this time. No information on website, no excuses from personnel. I booked this hotel because I wanted to rest after whole day of driving and I couldn't.

Review 10：Not easy to find. they admitted that most SatNavs send you the wrong way, maybe advice on the website or email to foreign customers to explain this could be nice. I arrived in the pitch dark and the phone was put through to an answering machine...

Review 12：Its quite location, so clean and comfort, very good breakfast, the restaurant and lobby area is perfect to spend sometime of your stay. The spa area was so nice and clean even the massage facility was beyond my expectation

Review 13：The closest bus station to the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking. So we had to take a taxi to and from the hotel from the train station when we first checked in and out.

Review 14：The relaxing atmosphere in this hotel is magnificent. The staff is amazing, Helped us dozens of times. The room was big, cosy and has a balcony with a terrific view. The surrounding area is absulutly beautiful with real county-side area. You can rent bicycle from the hotel and travel the beautiful area surrounding the hotel. 9.5/10

Review 15：The light in the bathroom is indeed not sufficient (one bulb in the ceiling and one in the mirror). We left the light on in the hope it was one of these energy saving slow burners, but it remained rather dark. After taking a shower, the floor is wet and the wiper provided was full of hairs (not ours). The mattrasses were soft and wobbly. The walls in the room need painting.

Review 16：We loved the quiet environment (no noise, no car traffic) and nature views all around. The surprise dinner was super excellent, and for breakfast a great choice of options was offered. Very nice indoor pool and whirlpool for free. Staff very friendly. We recommend this place because we think the things we didn't like can easily be fixed.

Review 35：Rooms are not comfortable at all. There were plenty if Mosquitos. Beds were moving and extremely basics. The design of room is unpleasant and the roof overwhelming. Air conditioning was not working. It is a real pity as the overall design of the hotel is lovely in the countryside! I couldn't sleep all night. A real pity!
