Review 1：Funny situation - voucher for complimentary drinks - only vodka or bear. My 13 years old daughter was suggeted to take bear as water or cola are not possible as complimentary drink :)

Review 3：Extremely noisy room, kitchen fans running all day until midnight. They sounded like jet engines even with the windows closed and the curtains drawn.

Review 5：Extremely noisy from the street outside with cars accelerating over the cobbles and people talking, even with windows closed. Bathroom small and cramped. Very expensive for the quality. There are much better hotels in Gniezno which are cheaper.

Review 8：Staff was very helpful. Although the sauna had opening hour until 22:00 and we arrived at 21:30 they fired it up for us. Free guarded parking. Enough choice at the breakfast buffet.

Review 9：There are no instructions how to get to the hotel on their web page. Additionally the hotel has no parking place close to the front entrance. My double room was very small. It was cold in the evening (after my arrival). TV set was very old, with a very poor quality and remote control did not work. The lift was out of orde due to repair work (3.rd floor !) and there was no notice about that for the visitors. The service in the restaurant was poor. The hotel should have * or ** rating - not **** !

Review 35：- WiFi was not functioning properly at any time (unable to connect at times, frequent disconnections, unable to connect more than one device) - noise in the room above us was not manged adequately - room was not cleaned one day (because we did not put out the "clean my room" card???) - we understand that you hand wash dishes in the rooms?? and re-use some of the disposable items (plastic coffee stirrers)

Review 37：Low accessibility (had to carry a baby stroller up the stairs), no highchairs for kids in the breakfast area. The electric kettle and tv setwas very old, shower cabin a bit dirty, and no proper shower headholder. At night, some loud music (maybe a party in the restaurant,common in Poland), and loud noise from the street when people wereleaving the said party. I didn't complain about these thingsbecause it was not a big problem for me and stayed just one nightanyway, but be aware.

Review 38：It was very good value for money. Very central location, parking veryclose (and for me it was very easy to find). Staff was also nice.Breakfast was good as well. Rooms with electric kettle, frigobar withsoft drinks was nice, instant coffee and tea bags in the room. Wouldrecommend and stay there again.
