Review 1：The residence does need mosquito nets on all windows. Apart from the beach and the road that unfolds along it, there is not much around, unless you consider attractive a congested and noisy main road.
Review 2：Though he lives in the UK, the owner was very helpful via Viber. The house keeper is really nice, she too always reachable via Viber. The residence is brilliant, fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, tv, dvd, etc. We stayed 4 nights - longer than we had planned - and were allowed to use the bicycles of the house for free. These are useful to reach the beach in 5 minutes, and nice to ride on the Beach Rd. You can buy drinking water from a small store around the corner, and food from Food City, 2 kms and 150 rupees away by tuk tuk - a beer shop is on the way, just in case. By the beach there is Sunset Beach Motel, and 1.5 kms far from the residence there is Port 55, in case you want to eat out. They are both expensive for local standards. In the end the residence has a fully operational kitchen, better use it.

Review 4：Kitchen utensils not clean enough. With advance booking I expected the utensils to be spotless. Dirty sponges & rags not accepted. Sitting/Dining area too dark some lights not working.
