Review 1：Traditional tea and equipment was available in the room but tea was not served to us. No 'tea ceremony'. Some local foods (e.g. horse meet) are not for everyone.

Review 2：Nice quiet relaxing location just out of town. Lovely onset in the property as well as public one very nearby. Friendly staff with OK English. Wifi in common areas and week signal in room. Lovely relaxing and comfy room. Excellent traditional kaiseki (Japanese haute cuisine) dinner and breakfast. Really great but beware of local habit of eating horse if you have a problem with that - maybe specify when booking that you wouldn't want this!
