Review 1：Horrible location with constructions surrounding area and there are a lots of prostitutes walk on the street. We were shocked when got there with my family. Also, the site was very small for four people. It looked they just added 2beds that also were placed under very low sealing (it was rooftop floor). I don’t even talk how everything was dirty except the bathroom.

Review 2：I felt I was misled about the bus service; partly my fault. I was told to make sure I got on an orange or white bus and nothing more. Turns out there are a number of Orange buses (at least 2) stopping there, minutes apart. I ended up on the wrong bus and took a trip into the hinterlands of Venus. Other than that I have no complaints.

Review 3：The address was listed incorrectly and made it difficult to find, even with a gps.

Review 4：The staff was very helpful and always available for questions, even in English! It was very nice to have the bus stop across the street with a 20 ride to Venice. The parking was very convenient. Although it was on a busy street and we were in a front room, the road noise was at a minimum. There was a small charge for the breakfast, but well worth it.

Review 5：I would appreciate if the ventilation in bathroom and toilet is manual and I would recommend to put more stress on cleaningness in bathroom.

Review 9：The quality of the internet connection was terrible! it would constantly drop out, very frustrating when trying to communicate with loved ones whilst abroad. Also the location isn't the best, it's only a short 15 min bus ride into Venice but I found getting back from Venice to the hotel was difficult by bus and ended up needing to take 2 buses on the route back to the hotel from the bus station. I think the fact that it is not in central Venice needs to be more predominant when booking the hotel on booking.com.

Review 11：1st trip into Venice was a bit tricky but 2nd day it was a bit easier. 15 to 20 minutes by Bus but only certain buses pass this hotel. Bus drop off is central to all transportation in venice island.

Review 12：Clean, easy parking, great Wi-Fi service staff was very helpful and spoke fair amount of English. Staying here was considerably less pricey and accommodations were very good.

Review 13：- noise from the street and one can hear people from other room very easily - fridge had some old food in it that had gone bad and was stinking (shouldn't the cleaner also clean the fridge?) - we had only one big towel for showering - shower cabinet doors were not working well - bathroom utensils were dusty - I asked for special breakfast requirements on the booking message field, which they didn't notice, but they offered to get something for me for the next day (we stayed 1 night only), so if you need something, better call them up. - wifi was switching itself off (while using it)

Review 15：Perfectly located outside of Venice: bus stop is right outside the hotel's front door! Perfect! Bus ride to get to Venice is 15min. Staff was very professional, helpful and offered great advice about how to get around in Venice for the cheapest price (24-hr passes, etc). Room was clean, and we arrived by car so private, free parking lot was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again. Can't wait!

Review 18：Just need to know that from the airport it's best to get a bus in to Venice and then out again. It took us a bit of working out at the airport how to get there but once figured out was brilliant. Buy tickets at the airport for the buses and ask them they're really helpful.

Review 20：Got the upper room, just under the roof, arriving in the evening of a hot day - took hours of AC to get temp to reasonable level. Although plenty of bathroom space, the shower cabin quite small. Poor wi-fi connection

Review 21：Room cleanness, spacious bathroom. Welcoming receptionist. Location very good for car travelers (short ride to Panorama commercial where car can be parked for free and taking the bus #6 to Venice cca 30 mins). The AC worked very well on the hot day following our arrival, keeping room temp down.

Review 22：Located in the industrial area. Upon arrival, no record of our booking in the hotel we made through booking.com but luckily we got rooms but it was near miss situation. Shift staff simply missed to endorse our booking in hotel database, very ordinary breakfast with only bread to serve, early morning phone call that disturbed myself and wife from reception asking if we had parked our van stopping other cars, which we did not as we never had any van. The hotel had no record of guests cars which were parked haphazardly and hotel had no control on them.

Review 33：We arrived at the hotel late on the first night, around 9:30pm and there was absolutely nowhere around to get food. The receptionist actually advised us against walking to Mestre and said we should take the bus. The buses were fine.. but a little full! We got to Mestre no problem, it was getting back on the night buses we struggled with! On our way back one of the nights, we missed our stop (bus drivers don't hold long and when the bus is full - almost bursting - it isn't easy to navigate through!) we had to get off at the next stop and walk back... it definitely wasn't a very nice place to walk - busy road and no street lights!

Review 35：- No Wifi in the rooms despite being advertised. - No Mini-Bar despite being advertised. - Staff lied to us and made fun of us when complaining about the WiFi and asking for a discount. They claimed someone is coming to fix the issue, whereas another staff member told us, it is known for a long time that the WiFi doesn't work and we just have to deal with it. - Management doesn't care about complaints, flat out refused to give us a discount for 4 nights without Wifi.

Review 41：Awkward location, hard to find coming from the mestre station although easier once you know - turn right leaving the station and walk past the first lot of stops. Turn left at the end and find a stop heading back (direction of station)... buy enough bus tickets for your stay before boarding from shop in train station. (Cheaper than at the hotel.) Wifi you had to resign in constantly but just about usable.

Review 45：This wasn't a big issue, but it is noteworthy. The bottom level is where the shower was located, and the toilet and tub were on the upper level. Not that big of a deal, but if you had to use the toilet at night, you must make your way around and through the 3 single beds trying to to wake anyone up. Also, the ceiling was low on the upper level, so if you're really tall, this can be an inconvenience.

Review 46：Nice building and grounds were kept clean. The family room we has was nice with a queen bed on the bottom level and three single beds on the upper loft level. The family room had a shower as well as a separate tub. A/C and wifi was great in the room.

We received a phone call to our room every morning at 10am asking when we would be leaving so the cleaner could come in - this was a bit annoying as we felt rushed to go out.

When we got in our room it felt so homely and cosy..the location was good too as there is a bus station accross the road from the hotel going into the city and outside the hotel it drops you off on the hotels doorstep. Review 65：we were on a road trip on a budget, so all torri was perfect, good price, a safe parking area to leave the car (not a good idea taking the car across to bridge to venice!), and 20 mint bus in to venice, tickets sold at reception.

Review 66：Very very very poor breakfast. For extra money which we paid we would get better breakfast in supermarket. I've missed warm option of breakfast such as scrambled eggs, sausages ect. But when we've seen the level of hygiene we wouldn't even touch it. Coffee and juices from mashine was really undrinkable and loads of flies around snack bar that was really disgusting. Even the room which we've got wasn't cleaned properly after the guests before us. We've found used a bar of soap on sink, a toilet paper, an opened bottle of water on a floor and a bottle full of cigarette butts on balcony of non smoking room... Disgusting.. At reception they weren't able to sell travel tickets for 24 hrs so we had to buy one way ticket to Venice and buy a tickets there and spend more money for travel which is absolutely useless because the travel card is on a chip as the one way ticket..

Review 68：The bed wasn't the most comfortable but again for the price it was worth it. And I am not a huge fan of Italian bus transportation. The bus was always full going into the city at our stop and most of the time the back doors wouldn't open but it was conveniently located next to the hotel. Just make sure to watch for your stop on the way home. It sneaks up on you.

When we arrived they didn't have a room with two double beds left so they gave us two double beds right next to each other- which was not ideal but we made it work. The staff was very welcoming and was happy to answer any questions we had. We did not pay for the breakfast so I can't say how that was. Overall it's a great hotel for your money. I would recommend it to anyone. Plus the bus is literally out the front door to go into the city and you can buy bus tickets at the front desk. Overall it was fairly quiet.

Review 124：This is not so much a dislike as an open-minded admission, other reviewers have remarked on the fact that the hotel is in an "industrial area" and prostitutes were seen walking the streets. This is true, but neither of these things affected us or bothered our stay in the slightest. My only complaint is that the hotel was unable to provide ice.

Review 128：The only day we stayed at this hotel they didn´t clean our room. We arrived late from Venice and the beds were not done, towels were wet, etc. When we complaint for it at the reception they call the maid to talk with us to see if we were telling the truth. As they comprove it they gave us many sily excuces. Finally, as I named "Booking" they changed their mind and make us a little discount.

Review 129：It really takes 15 minutes to arrive to Venice by bus, taking it at the entrance of the hotel, It cost 3 EUROS, very cheap option. But take care because we have been told at the hotel that we could buy the ticket on board and the driver refused to it. If an ispector catches you without ticket the fee is 75 EUROS. Moreover there were many options of the number of bus we had to take to come back from Venice and we took the wrong one, we got down as soon as we noticed it. We had a very bad experience because it was late at night and we had to walk to the hotel. It was really a bad experience because it is an industrial zone and the road nearby is horrible and scarring.
