Review 1：- very hot in upper room /no air-conditioning/ fan in room not usable - shower not working well - cold water running from time to time during shower - we requested triple room and received double room with one extra bed /not a problem for our son but hotel should describe it properly/

Review 10：Stayed for couple of nights bed wasn't made towels not changed. Poor housekeeping- no toiletries in the room apart of soap. Walls very thin could hear what was going on next door.

Review 13：I requested a double bed, but we were given two large singles pushed together. I'm sure the staff would have changed this if I'd demanded it but I was too tired to do so.

Review 15：When I booked the Hotel Pod Golebiem through Booking.com the hotel stuff didn't reply or confirm my reservation. When try to rich them through telephone they didn't speak english or german and they closed the line. I stayed for 5 days and they made my bad only once. I would prefer shampoo sample in the bathroom.
