Review 1：They cared for my gluten dietary issues beyond what could have been expected. Our room looked out over the beautiful bat and mountains and there was a lwonderful restaurant downstairs too.

Review 9：The location isn't the best. The hotel is on the main road between Lecco and Bonagio on the western edge of the lake, so fairly noisy once you open the double glazing. There is very limited parking outside. There is not a lot else going on in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Review 10：We stayed in early September, we had a large double ensuite with a small balcony, with great views of the lake and mountains behind Lecco. Staff were very friendly and room was clean. There is a small terrace off the breakfast room with tables and chairs, it would be a lovely spot to sit and look at the view in good weather. Breakfast was standard for a 2* hotel, no complaints. The hotel's restaurant is very good, lots of fish & seafood options and great pizzas. People drive from all over to go there. In summary, good value hotel for a night or two.
Review 11：The manager of the hotel was extremely helpful, especially as my travel plans had been disrupted. The food was excellent - a great choice of sea and lake fish plus many traditional Italian dishes, and pizzas. Excellent value for money on the edge of the stunning Lake Como.

Review 13：The location of the hotel was within easy reach of the city of Lecco and surrounding mountains and towns. We were only there a few days but had a fantastic time. There was a lovely restaurant in the hotel serving good food at good prices. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke very good English, putting my Italian to shame. We would definately visit again.

Review 17：This hotel is a good choose for those, who are planning to stay for a couple if days for tourist purposes. Good location - several stops (by tram) and you are in the centre of Milan. Besides, if your are traveling around Italy by car - this is also not a problem - ask at the reception - and you will be told where you can leave your car for free (approximately 700 m from the Hotel), or you can use the Hotel's services and pay for the parking. Breakfast is ok for 3* hotel.

Review 45：The rooms were a little bit outdated and the facilities are not well maintained. The shower cabin is too small and there are no shelves to put your stuff on. The shelf under the sink was broken. Toilet seat was broken. The beds are not comfortable, and "double bed" was actually 2 separated beds put together, with a gap you couldn't close. No elevator. We stayed for only one night, so the hotel was ok for us.
Review 46：The location of the hotel is very good, it is about 20 minutes from Bellagio by car, and also very close to the other shore, too. It is just in front of the Como lake, and the view on the lake and the mountains from the rooms is really beautiful. The hotel owner is very nice, he showed us where we can park our car (the parking in front of the hotel was full, but the next parking is really nearby). He also showed us our room and gave us information about the restaurant and places to travel around the lake. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel only for those who just need a place to oversleep a night on the lake.
