Review 6：I loved everything about the enormous room - all very modern with a sensor on the wall that controls all the lights plus very large tv. Have stayed there twice now.

Review 7：The hotel was very easy to get to from the bus station and is only a 20 minute walk to the old town. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were looking for a way to get to Kravice falls, a beautiful waterfall about an hour outside Mostar. We asked reception for the best way to get there and Mario told us the best way would be to rent a car. He rang around trying to find us a car to rent immediately and gave us a lift to the rental agency to pick it up. He had also offered to give us a lift himself if we were not able to get a car. I've never experienced such helpfulness before and would recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and modern and has a few bars around it and is about a 20 minute walk to the old bridge.

Review 8：In Sarajevo, we had problems of our rest of the trip. In the reception, Dajana helped us and solved our problem. She was very kind, smiling and helpful.

Review 50：Great new big hotel in the city of Mostar with all necessary contents...the staff if very friendly and helpfull..rooms and bathrooms are large and cozy.We had free underground parking and free wifi. The best thing is that you can go from the underground garage with elevator to the hotel room especially when you have a lot of luggage as we did. Hotel is also very close to the center.We will come back,thats for sure!

Review 55：We stayed at this hotel in the between May 10-12th 2013 and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very lovely, completely spotless with a very enjoyable shower. There were enough English channels on the television which is was a bonus It's about 15 minutes walk from the old town, but that;s what we wanted and had no problem walking 2-3 times a date. Great value for money and located next to a very lovely patisserie and nice coffee places. We very much liked our stay and recommend the City Hotels.
