Review 1：We are in our 60's and don't always sleep as well as we used to so we were initially concerned about the proximity to the train at night, the doors that don't close quietly, etc. However, all was quiet by 10:30 and we slept very well!

Review 2：We can't say enough good things about the owners, Francesco and Francesca (who speak excellent English) and their wonderful staff! We didn't find out the name of the woman who served us breakfast each day, but she is lovely! She made every effort to ensure that we had exactly what we liked for breakfast (as Canadians we're not so much into sweets for breakfast so she made us special savoury food). The rooms were large and clean. The location is very easy to find. We also met some wonderful Italian fellow guests who made every effort to speak to us in English and one couple even gave us a lift to pick up our car in Reggio Calabria. So kind! We loved staying at this B&B and highly recommend it!

Review 3：Breakfast was very limited - basically just a croissant and choice of tea or coffee. Bread and more fruit would've been great.

Review 4：Staff were friendly. Location was amazing - close to train station and steps from the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Room was clean and comfortable.

Review 5：Some of the furniture in the apartment could do with updating. The mattress in the bedroom was very hard and the sofa bed was not comfortable. The kitchen could also do with updating as furniture was old and worn. There was no kettle for making tea and coffee, nor a microwave. Although Stefania very graciously made us cups of coffee every morning. The kitchen sink was also leaking and left the floor wet. The wi fi did not work at all, but I think that this was a problem with the area in general and not specific to this accommodation. All in all, the negatives did not spoil our overall stay nor our enjoyment of the apartment.

Review 6：Fantastic location. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets etc. There was a lovely sunny and spacious balcony with great views of the sea and the castle. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom with shower and other modern facilities was clean. Water pressure was great and there was hot water at all times. In the kitchen, there was a small but very old, working range cooker. There was also a large fridge. Stefania the owner, is the loveliest and most hospitable person you could ever meet. She was warm, friendly and went out of her way to be helpful - recommending places to eat and giving us coffee and rolls every morning (even though breakfast had not been included in our stay). We were a family of 4 (with 2 young children) and were very comfortable here. We would defenitely recommend this B&B.
