Review 22:The apartment is located in City centre and very close to China town. It is apparently walking distance to most tourist attractions e.g. Darling Harbour, Hyde Park and Opera House. The high level floor has a spectacular view of Sydney.

Review 23:The DVD player in condo never worked despite the efforts of the 2 technicians. The cable was incompatible to the TV. The coffee maker was defective. It was missing a part and was not replaced as we had requested.

Review 28:Not so much a bad experience. Have stayed at another cheaper option and the kitchen was better equipped. We had a lot of dust in the apartment that over a week could have had a vacuuming but I think it was in the aircon.

Review 58:There were a couple of issues with parking. The reception person at checkin told me that I was restricted in using my car because someone else owned the carpark. I asked to validate my entry card and she said it didn't work that way there. I then paid every exit. when I checked out, I asked a male reception if this was correct because I had spent over $200 on parking costs. And was being charged extra $45 each day. He fixed and reimbursed

Review 60:Air con was hot at nights , beds were hard , sheets had Hair in it when we slept in it first night, bathrooms weren't clean and we were given a disabled apartment with a wheelchair access bathroom which we didn't use as the water would escape all over floor tiles and light switches were low and we had a 20month old toddler traveling with us. Also block out curtains were not total blockout- hard to sleep in after 530am

Review 62:Originally booked for a Wed night and had to change to a thurs night due to late flight changes with only 2 days notice. Staff were happy to assist the reschedule at no cost including late chackout.

Review 69:Daily clean was ordinary to poor. Furnishing not family friendly and the carpet was fairly cheap and nasty. I think we may have been the only family staying there. Everyone else seemed primed for clubbing, parties and year twelve formals.

Review 73:We were in Sydney to attend a Xmas functioning the Saturday night. Unfortunately on our way out of the building on Saturday morning the elevator got stuck on the 72 floor. I understand this can happen. However we were in there for almost 30 minutes, it was very very hot, there were 12 people in there,I am claustrophobic, we contacted the emergency centre who would not stay on the line. We had no phone service and when we finally found a spot where the phone worked we rang reception who gave us the "I'm really sorry for the wait we will be with you soon". We weren't waiting for towels, and some of us were very distressed. In our opinion the motel should have had someone on the floor we were stuck on talking to us and letting us know what was happening and reasureing us. We felt abandoned. When we finally got out they sent a young man to check on us who was very nice and when he saw how distressed we were he tried to help by bringing us some water. That basically was the end of our holiday. All day I had the shakes and kept crying. The party that night could have been loverly but two of us couldn't even have a drink as come three in the afternoon we both hit a low an couldn't stay awake. This unfortunately was the reason we were in Sydney. $1200 is a lot of money to spend for accommodation when the trip is basically waisted. The Meriton appartments need to have some staff training. We didn't at any time see the manager just the poor young man who had no idea how to deal with historical women. And be assured I was historical. The motel had a duty of care, and that was not met. They didn't even try. Maybe try locking them in an elevator and see how it feels then they might have some empathy. It is now four days later and I am still struggling with bouts of the shakes and crying.

Review 81:I thought the carpet was dirty in the hallway and my bathroom didn't get cleaned, just the towels were changed. Our AC didn't work very well in our room, especially the day it was 43C. There were no food services on site but there were lots of restaurants near the hotel.

Review 82:I liked the size of our two bedroom suite and the washer/dryer and kitchen was handy. The view and fireworks were spectacular from the 62nd floor. The staff was friendly.

Review 92:Te refrigerator was not working, which we didn't discover until very late at night after returning for a night out. We called for assistance and staff were very helpful, but the issue was unable to be resolved ...so we drank room-temperature champagne.

Review 93:A spacious, modern 3 bedroom apartment on 75th floor. A large and lovely, newly refurbished apartment with unbeatable views and amazingly comfortable beds.

Review 110:A very well situated apartment close to supermarkets, stores, restaurants, and public transport was easily navigated from this central location. My group of 4 stayed at the 72nd floor in a three bedroom apartment, which had absolutely stunning views. Staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping service who were exceptionally kind.

Ideal for families as the attractions are very close by, Aquarium, Wax museum, Wildlife Zoo, Darling Harbor, Sydney Tower Eye, Australian Museum and more. Review 119:The VIP waiting Lounge "Really..VIP?" We were at the beginning of a relaxing Day and had brought Bollinger to kick it off... No Windows, no Glasses, Nothing Cold, Paper Cups and UHT milk.... Some others walked in and straight out again. Does not rate VIP in description.

Review 120:We had requested early check-in, as the room was not available we were taken to the VIP waiting Lounge..... Room was ready quite soon after that.

Review 122:Our experience at the Meriton World Tower was 10 out of 10, the location is unbeatable, staffs were extremely polite, professional and helpful. Our flight got in 6 hours earlier and the Night Manager let us check in early saved us from sitting around for hours with the luggage, all facilities were great including parking option which was a lot cheaper and more convinient than any other hotel in the CBD area. We will definitely stay at the Meriton World Tower everytime we come to Sydney.

Review 134:We were a group of 3 Mum Daughter inlaw and Daughter, We absolutelyloved our stay at Meriton World Tower Serviced Apartments, we were inroom 6507 and the room was Beautiful, the view was Amazing and sospectacular, as photography is my hobby I just loved taking photos ofthe view and to top it off Darling Harbour had fireworks Perfect. Thisplace is so close to everything I would definately recommend stayinghere. Absolutely anazing the photos are photos I took myself.
