Review 1：Use of the kitchen mentioned in the B&B description requires an additional 10 Euro to use. Declined to do so.

Review 2：Large room. Provided secure storage for our bicycles.

Review 3：May be because of wet weather but the linen in beds were wet and it was not comfortable to sleep. there was smell of old house...

Review 4：very spasious room, clean, location is good near the Lecco on the way to Bellagio. Nice place with a view to moumtains. very close the interesting route for hiking. But the village is small no places to eat in the evening. shops close very early you need to think in adnance about dinner especially if you travel with older children. Host is very good anf friendly. You need keep in mind that breakfast in Italy is only coffe and something sweet. I knew about it in advance so no upset :) value of money.
