Review 1：I have nothing to complain.

Review 2：The location of the Hotel was awesome. The scenery to the lagoon was very beautiful and the Hotel was also located near by the ocean.

Review 3：We were placed together with families with little children and one night guests in 8 bedroom house so sleepless nights and very early mornings are included. Hotel organizes so called 'corporate weekends' for local businesses - total nightmare - local people sit around swimming pool in full clothing and stare at holidays guests in their swimming suits - noisy, crowded - basically wasted 2 days unless you get yourself out for weekend. Bedsheets and towels looked clean but with old stains and holes. Restaurant a'la carte was reserved all time for some training courses.

Review 4：Place looks like paradise, very helpful and nice staff, they really want to please guests. Big swimming pool. Fantastic bakery, always fresh. Variety of food. Variety of activities. Spacious bedroom with private secluded terrace and lagoon view. Big, very comfortable bed. Except weekends was quiet and relaxing.

Review 5：Hotel is overpriced. Staff wasn't very friendly which was surprising. Not rude or anything like that, just very indifferent and not really willing to help. Hotel doesn't make any effort to keep the outside of gate surroundings clean.

Review 9：No wifi in rooms, meals can be improved, its a bit out of the way - hotel should offer tuktuk service for guests to town, otherwise foreigners are ripped off by tuktuks waiting outside the gates for Rs700 and locals Rs350 for what should be a 5km Rs200 trip.

No proximity to town and worst food option Staff was worst in whole of Sri Lanka (i stayed in 5 other hotels during my trip and found staff here the worst) No customer service approach.. President manager Mr Jayman tried to make up for damaged done by hotel staff but it was too late and wasnt enough either.. I was charged 29k SL rupees for booking online and even they charged my credit card a month earlier and then their staff tried to put it on booking.com which isnt the case. Wont recommend to anyone at all

Review 15：When we checked out, frint desk told us we had paid all our bills and all our account was settled. Then that evenong when we got a call the was account to be settled and the manager had to come to our next Hotel, Gateway Airport in Negombo and waited at the lobby to settle the account. It was bit embarassing for us as people may have thought we sneaked out of Club Palm Beach w/o setteling the account. I asked many times at the front desk to make sure the accounts are settled. Our family holds to a high ethical standard. We will gladly pay for the service we received. Besides, it is also the country that I was born.

Review 16：The location, the cleanliness of rooms, quiteness, the quality and variety of dishes.

Review 17：If you like to spend your days on a resort crowded of excursionists, this is your place. Yes, people not sleeping in the hotel: only going there to be around the pool, playing their music, having LOUD activities, and having their kids running everywhere. And besides, when you arrive, they demand you to pay in full, and the price you had when booking DIDN'T have the taxes!!! So you pay easily 20% extra. Pricy and SLOW restaurant. If I make new enemies, I'll send them there.

Review 38：The staff at the reception was very slow. The water in the swimming pool was too warm, and too many crows in and around it.

Review 40：We had booked a triple room and indicated that we would be checking in at 2 pm. At 3.30 pm the room was not ready. It was prepared for only 2 guests. Several reminders were required for the additional bed. Pool towels were not available, that maybe due to the high guest turnout.

Evening entertainment is provided byawful bands singing English songs, much better to just play a cd as itspainful! Housekeeping was very inefficient, messed up room serviceorder, milk packets were all spoiled and had to request milk many times,no mini fridge in room (later provided), burnt out bulbs in room etc

Review 44：Pool can be cleaned more. Small flying incests all over, better come up with a solution for that. Food orders takes a long time. These are small issues, I hope they will overcome these issues soon.

Review 48：This hotel has no access to the beach! You have to leave the resort to reach the beach... Restaurant is open in very short periods and if you want to eat at 5 PM you will hear closed! It is very far from all attraction and you will find very poor and expensive service from local travel "agents". Definitely not worth the money.

Diminishes the work experience for the employees, poorer service
