Review 1：Parking is not available at this site - and is a big problem in thisdowntown area. This was not clear in the Booking.com description. Staffwas not helpful. Visa was noted as acceptable for payment on check-in,but upon checkout, they insisted on cash because their system was down.This caused problems and delayed our departure. Very rude handling ofthe matter.

Review 2：Restaurants in courtyard near hotel are excellent. Food was what madethe downtown terrible traffic tolerable. Nettuno is a bit depressed,shop keepers are very eager to make a sale and public services (taxis,refuse pickup, etc) are less than satisfactory.

Review 3：Room was very cold. Could not get the wall mounted air con unit to warm room. Floor was tiled all over - no rugs etc. The owner left me a WiFi code whilst I was out - rather over the top (20 character!) which didn't work. By then he had gone home, it is a very small place without a proper reception. I really felt the €60 was too expensive for what I got.

Review 5：Wifi ei toimi huoneessa, vain respan alueella / There is no wifi in the room, only at reception (ok, that is mentioned in web-pages, so it was not suprise). There is no BIG complain of anything.

Review 6：Ystävällinen palvelu, siisti, rauhallinen, hyvä sijainti / Friendly service (unless English skills were bit insufficient, but did not matters anything), clean, peaceful, nice location.

Review 7：The breakfast needs to be improved. It isn't bad but it isn't fresh (packaged briosche, fette biscottate, yogurt). They should have fresh fruit, cereals, orange juice, etc.

Review 8：The location of the hotel is great as it is in the center of Nettuno and thus, very close to the port, shopping district, and restaurants/bars. The room was very clean - especially the bathroom which is very important for me.

Review 9：A cozy little hotel, great location on a quiet street and close to services. Friendly staff and we got along quite well with a mixture of Italian and English.
