Review 1：At breakfast the staff was not that friendly. The beach was disappointing (but reason might be due to the thunderstorms).

Review 4：Fabuleus place, amazing facilities and well-trainend staff with excellent service. Spacious and comfortabele rooms with great views of the sea.

Review 5：Service in restaurants , apart from the fish restaurant on the beach , was not 5 star. Expensive. They need to service their bikes as safety is an issue with brakes not working , flat tyres etc. need more written information in room as they say " all on room computer" but it is not easy to navigate and irritating that they cannot put hard copy info in room .

Review 13：Resort is 5 years old but some areas like surface of indoor pool spa showing signs of wear. Suspect it gets very crowded in high summer.

Review 16：the overall resort is beautiful, with minimal architecture that is balanced to the rugged landscape. the facilities in the rooms are excellent and well thought through, although the drapes around the four poster could be a little annoying in the middle of the night if you forgot!

Wifi signal not always good Sea is not the best one that the island can offer Newspaper delivery offered at the arrival is not free of charge: because in some 5 stars hotels it is, I think it would be better to inform the guests about this!

The staff is very nice helpful and kind Location is amazing from the garden to the rooms to all the places around... Breakfast is excellent Swimmingpool and beach are both great Spa is a great treat, also the free part... Even if u do not play golf u can have a great time!!! Strongly recommended....

Review 27：Quality of the food. All 3 restaurants had the same menu for 9 days with no specials or fresh sheet. Breakfast ordered scrambled eggs or Omelette and every serving was presented differently with a noticeable discrepancy in portion size. Also no garnishes on the entire plate.tables would all be left unattended and with dirty plates etc while staff enjoyed a good chat together. I even had to Se d back stained coffee cups and dirty cutlery. You had to wait unnecessarily for a seat. Generally staff wanted to be super accommodating but were not trained properly to understand the needs of a 5 star resort. Also no entertainment. No great music at night etc. Also We wanted to go out on a boat excursion but it was out of service for 3 days in a row.

Review 59：Excellent place to stay for relaxing. Perfect location close to historical hotspots. Amenities are just perfect. Rooms are classy, view on the sea is amazing, swimming pools are beautiful, restaurants are welcoming, staff is helpful and smiling. Moreover, bikes are provided to visit around. You leave your car's key to the hotel and they manage to bring it to you when you need... Etc. Etc. I can only recommend such a great place !

Review 62：The architecture was brutal. But perhaps that is just our taste.... Although the staff did their very best to make you feel at home, and the food was excellent, the size of the restaurants made them feel like production lines. Accessing the hotel from the east (ie from Agrigento) was very difficult. The signs were ridiculously small and the entrances difficult/impossible to see and very dangerous.

Review 64：Limited restaurant choice and food. Beware that not all facilities are available preseason - thassothermal pool closed for maintenance - very disappointing indeed. Lovely views of beach but pebbly beach, not suitable for walking. A nightmare to get to. Not worthwhile at all.

Review 68：Restaurants are expensive, the beach is not like on a photos (3 meters of sand (not even a good sand, but very small rocks) then a lot of big rocks that make you feel uncomfortable when you go into the sea) we didn't like the beach at all! We even didn't swim there.
