Review 1：No ramp and elevators, guests must carry their luggage up the stairs Rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, can get new towels and linens only every 3 days Breakfast confusion, guests are getting coupons for breakfast with a list of selections however when coupons are handed in the guests are asked to pick from buffet table Staff hardly speaks english
