Review 1：Sauna is something you expect to be hot. Preheating to come back later is annoying.
Review 2：Great location, tidy clean and very modern. Nice size heated pool, spa and well equipped gym. Great choice of equipment for that size. Free parking. FOXTEL on TV. Great Ocean view to wake up to! Good aircon system
Review 3：Room needed a good clean (noticeable dust and mould) and second bedroom was only a study without proper doors and therefore couldn't use kitchen or tv area without disturbing those in second room. Expensive charges for wifi, bikes and even using the pool table.

Review 5：This is the second time we have stayed at this property in the last few years (different room configuration each time). On both occasions the temperature in the main bedroom becomes extremely uncomfortable the moment the sun is up (4am). The air-conditioning system does not have the capacity to regulate the temperature against the heat that radiates off the glass in the main bedroom, where-as the temperature in the second bedroom becomes too cold. We were also not satisfied with the hotels policy for servicing rooms. We stayed six nights with no mid-way clean, this was too long with no service. A mini clean of the bathroom and change of towels would have been appreciated.

Review 7：Double beds were two singles pushed together and very uncomfortable. Rooms are only serviced every 8 days! Had every intention of using the BBQ area by the pool for dinner but were not allowed to have even a bottle of wine by the pool to enjoy our dinner. Pool closes at 9pm which is a little irritating too, especially when the weather permits for nice night swims. One of the reception staff had quite an unpleasant attitude, which was off putting. The resort is quiet and perhaps one of the more humble in the area. A little bit of a walk to good restaurants and shops and atmosphere.

Review 11：Pool is a bit small so if there is more than 2 couples in there it almost then becomes a standing room only swimming experience.
Review 12：Location was amazing which enabled us to have the holiday we were looking for in seeing all the best parts of Gold Coast. Rooms were perfect being clean modern and had everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. Also loved the security of it with access controlled gates and doors!
Review 13：We were not able to have alcohol in the bar-b-que area.Everyone likes a drink while they are cooking a steak.We did not use the area because of this. The rubbish shute was just outside our room door and you could smell it as we entered our appartment.

Review 15：I was catching up with my daughter and grandchildren. They had an apartment on the 4th floor and we on the 6th. On the first day we tried to go from the 6th to the 4th floor. We finished up ringing emergency as we were stuck in the basement.It was only later we found out our keys were programmed to only go to one floor by lift.

Review 17：The staff were unfriendly, they barely said hi or acknowledge us at Ocean Pacific. They never looked that happy. Previously we stayed at Burleigh Heads- we were made felt so welcome , staff always found time to chat .

Review 19：There were a couple of small maintenance issues, and also there was dried milk down the sides of the couches when we arrived (that I cleaned down myself) - looked like from a baby's bottle from people before us.
Review 20：The location - close to beach and Pacific Fair. Loved the pool area, and not over-run with people. Apartment was very private with amazing views of the beach/ocean. Excellent security - with key entry into each part of the complex. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.
Review 21：The fact that the living room wasnt hoovered, only two towels for 4 of us. had to go downstairs outside and call after hours.. was only 2pm on a saturday afternoon. However the towels were given few hours later and apartment hoovered next day. no wardrobe in 2nd bedroom so nowhere to store clotes. 2nd time staying there, both times i have felt the receptionist grumpy.

Review 24：Foxtel was good for the kids after a day in the park. Undercover parking and easy access (lift) to the rooms. Close to a park with easy walk to Kurrawa Surf Club and the Shopping arcade (coffee in the morning before hitting the theme parks)

Review 26：Nice clean modern accommodation. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, but because it's away from the centre broardbeach, we were often walking in dark streets at night. Good ocean view. Reasonable kitchen, small but functional. In room DVD player & recordable hard drive.

Review 35：Just a bit far from convention centre if you are not able to walk far, particularly if you have to go backwards and forwards to the different events. Too far from coffee, restaurants, nothing on-site. Even a paid coffee machine in reception would have worked for me.

Review 38：Paying a 200.00 deposit without warning of this and takes a week to get it back after you leave on top of paying money for your stay. I think a cc imprint would be preferred. Wifi is expensive and manager was quiet rude to my partner in the carpark for no reason after he seen rubbish on the ground and blamed my partner for it though was not his. Portacot hire expensive for 4 nights.

Review 84：We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 14th floor. It was immaculate, with great views of the ocean and up and down the coast. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was new looking. The pool and gym was great. Best of all the kids had a ball! Will definitely be back!!!

Review 96：Our allocated Room was on level 2. Over looking the roof of a very old block of flats. We have been going to the gc for over 20 years and this is the first time we have not had a pleasant view. No screens on the windows so couldn't leave open for breeze due to insects.

Review 116：I would say the downfall would be the cleanliness of the apartment. One toilet was not clean on arrival. There was egg shell in our bed. Heavy dust/ insects in corners. TV in bedroom didn't work. Kitchen utensils were broken.

Review 133：Two bedroom apartment I stayed in was beautifully appointed, and the property is very well maintained. Loved having the Foxtel Platinum in the room - something like 100+ channels and IQ as well. The property is a nice easy stroll into Broadbeach cafes and restaurants.
