Review 1：The apartment was very spacious for our one year old and ourselves. The view was listed as a garden view but we did see some ocean! The whole complex was so tidy and clean throughout. Gardens and outdoor area well maintained. The pool was amazing and staff super friendly. The location is excellent if you don't mind a minor trek up hill. Didn't bother us at all. We walked off all the food we ate!

Review 8：The hotel served our purpose of staying for 3 nights of which 1 night we stayed on the Great Barrier Reef. It had all the amenities, large living room, bedroom and well equipped bedroom and bathroom. It is a outdated, needs a makeover. The air condition didnt work in the living room, the temperatures outside were around 35 degrees Celcius.

Review 9：No hand rail on steep steps at unit 7. This made it a bit precarious for elderly couple staying with us. Fire alarm beeping intermittently for hours in nearby apartment one night.

Good facilities in the room and we had great view overlooking the pool and the bay! We even had a cockatoo visit us each morning opposite our patio, was amazing to see such wildlife closely .

The owner Cathy was so nice during our stay and moreover, was really helpful with the tours bookings before our arrival. Great help with professional approach that made our experience in Whitsundays one of the best of our lives.

Review 26：I can't think of anything that was considered too bad however the laundry was unclean and the wash tub was coated with grime and needs to be seen to. Very grimy area.

Review 27：The apartments were close to the shopping but the very steep hill was too much for me to walk up and I constantly caught a taxi. The position is great but the hill is a drawback. The manager was lovely and extremely helpful.

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. It was close to Airlie Lagoon and shopping/dining areas and the walk up the hill was not overly strenuous. Review 47：Maintenance should be done off season.View was spoilt with sunshade sails. Unit needed better maintenance as our lights weren't all working .Noisy tenants upstairs in unit above,maybe noiseproofing needs to be done.take a car as uphill.

Review 60：Its at a high point, so away from all the action but still only couple minutes from it all, great apartments very spacious, private and clean. Close to the port for all the tours you want to do. Review 62：We had the studio room at the back, which was much much roomier than we anticipated. And it's not a studio, the bedroom is seperate. Big comfy bed, nice bathroom. The iPod Dock was nice to have too. I loved that because our apartment wasn't around the pool and looked to the back rather than the sea, our balcony was more private. It looked out to the mountains and there were loads of cockatoos and other birds to watch in the morning. Added bonus of our own BBQ. The pool was lovely. And other facilities such as the laundry were decent. The manager organised a tour to be barrier reef, got us a good deal and was well organised. The location is ideal, just a five minute walk from the centre of town but without noise. Don't worry about the hill, it takes about one minute of the journey so no big deal.

Review 63：The photo shows very much what we got: an apartment with a terrace next to the pool, where we could sit and eat dinner, looking out on sunset over a blue sea. The staff were very helpful and generous in fixing a misunderstanding that was my fault.

The walk back up may be difficult for those with mobility problems but I don't think a taxi would cost very much. The staff were extremely friendly and helped us select and pre-book our trips.

Review 76：The staff were very helpful. Apartment Was Very Well maintained with all you need for your stay. There are washing machines and dryers in the common area for $3 per cycle.....you fit a lot of clothes in each cycle. There is a big climb up to the property but it's not like you would need to walk it regularly. There are great views from the pool area and there is a BBQ for anyone to use. Plenty of sun loungers. 5 min walk down to the main street of Airlie Beach and the lagoon.

Review 77：They had a machine outside our bedroom for the 2 nights we were there that sounded all night so as to keep the white cockatoos away. Never stay there again because of the constant screeching noise of the machine. They should not rent out the rooms near the Bird scarer, just terrible.

Review 91：These are self serviced apartments, so I was aware that we didn't have daily cleaning service. However, we were asked to take out our rubbish and clean dishes on our last day. Not a big deal, but I think that's something that should be included in the cleaning service. Bathroom was in need of redecoration.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the main street and the lagoon, but bear in mind that the apartments are on a steep hill. Very helpful and dedicated staff, they helped us to book a tour and look for sea turtles in Airlie!

Also for the amount we paid and the time we stayed, would have liked free WIFI instead of only getting it free when you book a tour of some sort. Just a suggestion maybe if you stay 3 or more nights you are eligible for free WIFI, as most other places have it for free.

Couldn't have clean towels daily like most apartments and have to pay a fee for towels to use at the pool.very disappointed

The apartement was spacy and perfectly situated, right next to the center of Airlie Beach and with a great view over the bay. Review 121：Since i brought a tour I was eligible for free internet access but it was so limited ended up not being able to use it.The hotwater was not hot enough to have a shave.The airconditioning was ineffective..not sure if faulty or as is the case in some places at nightthe chiller unit is turned off and the air handling unit only left on..whatever the case it was hot.
