Review 1：Beautiful Hotel. Calm Location. 5 min to the City Center by foot. 7 min to the beach by car. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Ask them, if you need information about Tours (golfo di orosei etc.) Warm Welcome and Farewell - very nice portier called Aldo. :-)

Review 2：Hotel is a bit tired; air conditioner just adequate. Suggest to remove all those carpets as wheeled luggage gets stuck on them and someone is likely to have a bad trip and fall.

Review 3：Staff are helpful. Restaurant is very nice; good food. Location is a short walk to the old town which is a nice walk.

Review 4：Hotel's location is only few minutes walking from downtown and few minutes driving to the Marina beach where we took the beautiful cruise from. The Picts taken from the hotel outdoor pool speak for itself:) Got for it!

Review 5：The staff is completely useless. Their English level is extremely poor and regarding the information it's better not to ask, they will not be able to provide any positive inflow. We decided to have a longer morning but during one hour, different persons from the hotel entered 3 times in the room without knocking - our longer morning was ruined...

Review 6：The location is near the city centre of Orosei, but not to walking distance to the beach. The breakfast is correct and there is the possibility to buy good pizza from the hotel's own pizzeria. The wifi connection is ok but the password is available only for 24 hours, so every evening we needed to ask for a new code. There are two parking areas where is no problem to find a space.

Review 7：We stayed for 2 nights and we have no room service!!!! No fresh towelson the other day, and litter does not thrown out!!!!This mockery not a 4 star hotel!!!! Staff were arrogant, very rude, impertinent. Even when the maid admitted she does not clean up the room we don't hear any apologize!!!!! Besides breakfast is a joke - cheapest, low value food laynig without any cooling in non-conditioned room. Horrible shower - the narrowest I've ever seen! I can barely stand. And water temperature changing every second - from hot to lukewarm. They really do not deserve to be 4 star hotel.

However, the restaurant guyassumes what the client wants without to trying understanding. Verydisappointing behaviour! Language barrier was not an issue with otherstaffs, even the ones with very no English.
