Review 1：Small rooms; hotel in need of updating. Narrow dark corridors. Wifi only worked in lobby.

Review 4：Right in front of the beach, really nice beach. Hotel is old but they are remodeling. We got there early and they let us put our things in the room even though they still had to clean it. Staff speaks very little english.
Review 5：Building is on construction. So balcony is covered with dust, which is not cleaned by cleaning people. One day it was covered with pieces of concrete, which fell from upper floors. No sea view. On check-out receptionist tried to charged us twice, even we told him that we payed online before we came. Only confirmation printed on Italian helped us.
Review 6：The property needs to be renovated. Renovation of the facade is underway. Construction might impede some views. Wifi only available from the lobby.
Review 7：Large rooms, good price, good service and clean. Views of the sea and the port and conveniently located. Arriving late, the hotel staff walked our family to a nearby restaurant to make sure it stayed open for us.

Review 15：It's possible watching the hotel from each part of Nettuno! The bedroom was lovely and cleaned !

Review 18：Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach.It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however frominside everything was clean and comfortable.
Review 19：The hotel was in need of severe restoration. The balcony had falling cement (Safety Hazard). The room entry door had to have a key to enter and leave the room (Fire Hazard).The whole hotel had a foul odor. We could not even sleep there after we saw our room. Had to pay for one night but it was worth it not to have to spend a night there.
Review 20：The breakfast was somewhat limited in choice although there was plentyin volume. On initial observation the hotel looked in poor repair -concrete missing from all balconies - but I think it was more surfacedamage and there were signs of repairs being done. In spite of this itwas a quiet and comfortable place to stay.
