Review 1：The rooms are very noisy. We were sitting near the staircase where all kinds of noise at night came from, also we heard the neighbor snoring very loudly.

Review 2：Location is good for a visit by tram to Florence. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Review 3：The facility is a bit far from Florence main business area. To travel there by public transport you need ample time. If you arrive late like we did, be prepared to hire a taxi.

Review 7：The room was small, and the bathrooms were tiny. The hotel itself is not very accessible by public transportation.

Review 8：A small family hotel. Very clean. The lady owner was VERY kind and helpful. There is a BIG P+R 5 minutes from the hotel (along with a small shopping center with supermarket and electronics store) with a tram station the takes you to the central train station, right in the city center. The reception was open 24/7, with the receptionists is also the bartender and cooker.

Review 9：Friendly staff, comfortable room, with excellent breakfast for the price. Location was great for me as my meeting was in Scandicci, but if to tour Florence, you would need to take a tram/bus.

Review 10：This was really a very pleasant place to stay the owners really do everything to be sure you feel welcome and comfortable and are so hardworking! The hotel is not in the busy city and still very easy to go to the city heart in 10 minutes with the nearby public transport. I booked this hotel for two nights and we ended up staying here for 4 nights. This because the hotel offers free parking and it's a very good base to go out on day trips. Really good breakfast! What a wonderful place and what a friendly owners!

Review 11：Air conditioning did not work at all. Asked the manager to switch us to another room and she said that she would have the problem resolved by the evening. No change which meant a bad nights rest once again. Bathroom was the size of a class A motor home bathroom. The balcony door had no locking device.

Review 28：Really, really helpful staff, they went out of their way to do anything for us, even making a restaurant booking for us as we are from Australia and didn't know the area. Very clean, newly renovated, generous breakfast, good wifi. Train station to the middle of Florence only a short walk away. I would definitely return.
