Review 3：We loved the Hotel Post. Our room was quiet and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location of the hotel can't be beat. We felt very comfortable there for a 4-night stay. The staff was always helpful, friendly and fun. We have no complaints and would happily stay there again.

Review 4：Got a Suite ( the most expensive one) and shower not working in both bathrooms> Staff totally useless offered to give us usage of another room to take a shower !!!!!

Review 11：Our room on the first floor was a bit small although quite prettily decorated. There was a lot of noise from the street in the early hours of the morning (3 am through to 6) but it WAS Saturday night. Probably better to ask for a room at the back.

Review 12：Attractive hotel right on main drag. Pretty internal garden as well as tables on the (pedestrian) street where you can eat and drink. Safe enclosed car park. Helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast served till 11.00!

Review 29：Almost non-existent service at the reception desk. No help with our luggage, we had to navigate the long corridors and many stairs leading to our room ourselves. The room had enough space, but was vey ordinarily furnished.

We liked the charming town surrounded by the Tyrolean hills and the central location of the hotel on the main square, while only a short 10 min. walk from the train station. Well maintained historical building. Clean modern bathroom.

As my car was going to a public car park I wanted to take everything out of it, but no offer to help with luggage in spite of two young men being in reception.

Review 32：The hotel was convenient for an overnight stay on our journey to Italy. We took a smaller room which was fine for 1 night and the bathroom was a good size with a shower in the bath. Comfortable, clean. Welcome from staff OK, breakfast very good inc help with a special diet requirement.

Review 37：It pains me to have to say negative things about such a historic place - but the place, frankly, smelled disgusting. The entire hotel reeked of stale cigarette smoke and an annoyingly cloying perfumed room spray that was an unsuccessful attempt to mask the reek. I believe the hotel would be well served to start a no smoking policy and to tear out the smoke filled carpeting. We had to open a window and freeze to breathe in the middle of the night to fend off the horrible smell. Such a shame because otherwise the hotel is very charming.

Review 38：the location is superb. A short walk from the train and bus station and in the center of town.

Review 39：Wellness I found bit dissapointing - area for resting is too small. The 2 sun-beds were always occupied and on the chairs around the table were things of other people as there was almost no place where to put them. Therefore we did not have space where to lay or sit down after the sauna. All cups for tea were already used and were not cleaned. Steam sauna did not work properly. No place where to put our belongings. I would expect slippers and dressing gown available at sauna. Another bad experience - 1 night we arrived during the night and hotel was locked - we could not get in and nobody was at the reception desk.

Poorly decorated and rather drab interior was a surprising as the main hotel is beautifully presented! Not enough hot water for a bath and wifi access was mostly difficult. My stay could have been so much better had the apartment been better presented.

The staff were friendly, the building is astounding, and the room was comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing, a little pricey for budget travellers but well worth it. The breakfast was the best we've had by this point in our trip! Definitely recommend it

Review 58：This is a charming hotel right in the center of Villach. The building is historic but the rooms were renovated, very clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant was also good. Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. Guests arriving by car are requested to use the following address for the GPS: Drauparkstraße 1, 9500 Villach. There, please proceed straight into the pedestrian zone, turn left and then turn twice to the right. The gate to the parking area in the courtyard is on your left-hand side.Please note that the access to the hotel's private car park is closed from 28 July to 2 August 2015 due to an event. The closest public parking garage is at Hausergasse 13.
