Review 1：Sometime I had to wait longer for my order especially at the bar!!

Review 2：I stayed here for about 7 nights and the rooms are very clean!!! The location is just perfect and this is such a beautiful hotel. I had a nice view from my room.The receptionist were very helpful and friendly too. I will definitely come back again!!!

Review 3：Room finishings tired / unimpressive, room was very warm and airconditioning too noisy. Had to leave for an early morning flight: found nobody at the reception, but was refused permission to depart by security personnel until some receptionist was found, who then insisted that the minibar must be physically checked to confirm that nothing had been used, as I had told them. It seems hotel policy is not to trust guests when it comes to minbar use, but they don't tell you this when you check in. So make sure you have enough time for checkout: I almost missed my flight.

Review 21：I stayed 6 nights so quit a lot but I was very sorry to choose this hotel. It took 30 minutes before the hot water arrived to the 9th floor. Half a bath tub needed to be spoiled every morning before I could take a hot shower. This I had to do in a high bath tub, difficult to climb in and out. Reception personnel was not informed about cultural events and locations in the city and not helpful to look it up. Noise of the traffic night and day. Windows did not close properly.

Review 22：Carpets with a lot of stains, mold in the shower. Furniture is outdated and worn out. This hotel clearly needs a renovation. Poor value.for this expensive hotel.

Review 24：They mixed up bills upon checking out and wanted me to pay more, so make sure bills are correct. Another incident; I was stepping into a taxi and the concierge pulled me out of the cab insisting I have to "sign out". When I went to the reception, there was nothing! This was very weird and I had to yell at the concierge for the strange behavior. Breakfast was not impressive. Bathroom was a bit too old. Lastly, don't change currency at the hotel; they take a very high commission!
