Review 1：At the outside the hotel looks like a youth-hostel before the "Wende" in Eastern Germany!

Review 4：If you're going to Nettuno this is a great deal. It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach. Can't beat the price. Very clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet. Great breakfast.

Review 6：The Room was huge with your own ensuite and balcony. Breakfast wasincluded. The staff are extremely friendly and went out of their way tomake us feel welcome. They were able to organise a private wine tour forus and even chauffeured us to and from the winery! All in all a greatweekend escape from the city and at a fantastic price!
