Review 1：Surprise charges for use of club (incl pool). Cost us 144 EUR for 6 days. Also strange seating allocation for breakfast, causing some conflict.

Review 5：Restaurant is terrible. We paid almost 100 eur for a dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids and couldn't eat anything - poor quality and assortment. Luckily we didn't book half board in advance. Idiotic seating system: you get the fixed table for the whole stay, but our friends were regularly kicked out from their table by the waiters. We ate instead at Osalla Beach Garden in Orosei - great food, flexible, guys speak English, great place for kids - playground and food choice and also took pizza's at Mario's couple of times. Cannot comment on animation quality besides that their outfits variety exceeds the food variety in the restaurant. As we were eating out most of the time we missed the evening animation (only for Italians anyway). Mini disco is on the high stage - found it dangerous as it was very crowded. Beach bar serves deepfreeze pizza's and pasta's (8 eur). WiFi is 20 eur for 5 days and works only in the lobby. Mobile network coverage is also poor. Take earplugs for a good sleep as it is very noisy in the corridors all the time. No separate swimming pool for small kids except for a bubble pool.

There was a very unfair table allocation and even though there were lots of empty terrace tables overlooking the gardens we were expected to sit next to the serving counter in the middle of the restaurant where it was hot and busy.

Review 9：Hardly anyone speeks English. This place mostly for locals.Entertainment is only in Italian. Really crowded and busy place, breakfast is very limited. Truly felt like budget vacation for a lot if money.

Review 11：Beds with springs. In the upper part of the mattress. So it is very dangerous to suddenly kneel on the knee or elbow. One of them I injured knee. Are in trouble. Review 12：Thanks for taking us apartment with a large terrace. The child was a wonderful place to safely run and play. Very graziviesbucio area - botanical garden. Lots of orange and tangerine. Babies is a great hotel because everywhere there is a playground for children. It is a beautiful beach.

Review 13：Suggested, especially with high price, that it was a luxury hotel. Themeals were school style, regimented canteen. Food was fair butrepetitive and the staff removed food before the end of the meal time sothat if you were late for breakfast or dinner the food was being takenaway as you ate, even though meal time hadnt ended. The beach was fairbut crammed with the hotel beach beds and brolleys and so taking alounger made you feel like a sardine in a tin. The pool had the typicalItalian disco music incessantly pumping; no change of a relaxing breakthere then!

Review 15：Dining room was packed and noisy with German package tourists. Food was average but if you booked bed and breakfast you can still eat there in the evening for 25 euros for 4 courses plus wine which s good value. Beach is approx. 200-300 metres away and rather gritty with a shelving entry into the sea.

Review 16：Clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Superb pool set in lovely grounds plus a good pool bar. Very kind staff.
