Review 1：One word: Excellent 11 out of 10! Due to sudden change of plans, we had to leave at 05:00 am in the morning to catch our flight. They prepared small breakfast just for us (regular breakfast starts at 07:00 am) including tea!. Staff and hotel management is absolutely perfect. Everything was excellent.

Review 2：We had a fantastic night at the hotel the staff were wonderful and the food was fantastic, we would certainly go there again when we go to Mostar.For the price we paid we thought it was very good value.

Review 6：The people at the reception made you feel that you are welcomed. They are helpful and cheerful. I strongly recommend this hotel to people who are planning to visit Mostar by car. It is only a ten-minute-drive to the old town. The hotel is new and very clean.

Review 7：The hotel is located at the main road going out of Mostar, so it's more of a motel. Walking to the old town is too far. The description of the room said that it had a patio, but there was none. Instead, the view was of a demolished building in the back. The double bed was actually two single beds, with a big gap in the middle even when joined together. The staff were friendly but with extremely limited English.

Review 9：Breakfast was adequate. Not exactly what we were expecting. The waiters did not give us choices but I guess this was mostly because they were not comfortable with English.

Review 12：After a long day of driving, my wife and I were exhausted and could not wait to get somewhere to sleep. We were so happy that we chose to stay at Hotel Hercegovina! The bed was extremely comfortable with big fluffy pillows! My wife fell asleep instantly!! The bathroom was very clean and modern. In the morning we went down to the restaurant to have our included breakfast and the food and staff was fantastic! The waiters were extremely friendly and really worked hard to take care of the guest in the restaurant. The hotel is very easy to find and is very close to the center of town! We would stay again and recommend it to others!

Review 20：My room was very very nice and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very convenient for visiting Mostar, if you have a car. The restaurant next door (which also served the great breakfast) was quite good and very reasonably priced. It is not walkable to the historic center, but is a 5 minute drive away. I was very happy with my choice of this hotel.

Very spacious, nicely decorated, friendly and helpful staff, good, working wifi, lots of extras (free drink on arrival and a small print of the Mostar Bridge at departure), and large breakfast with local foods. Couldn't have asked for better, and all for a very reasonable price. No complaints.

There is a short ride to the old city, they recomend us to take a taxi, but as we were traveling by motorbike we do not need. But it is difficult or expensive to park, so beter take a taxi, even with a bike. I would recomend it: ABSOLUTLY YES.

Review 47：Location needs a vehicle to go to Mostar, it would be good if room had a refrigerator, I dont know why, some walls of the room were warm so hotel was hot. If rooms were not equipped with AC, it would be nightmare. But overall I definetely suggest the hotel.
