Review 1：The immediate surroundings are dismal.

Review 2：Service, wifi, parking, room, heated baithroom, good breakfast, all were as desired for a very reasonable price.

Review 3：The breakfast was in no way suitable for a decent 4-star hotel. It was more like 2-star level. The information about how to get to the bus-stop was delivered in a way that one would have had to be an experienced Florentine to be able to follow it. The elevator in the hotel did only work occasionally. The minibar was a joke a miserable one.

Review 5：Well located near A1, but very quiet, but you do need your own transport. However tram terminus, with free parking facility, is only 10 minutes away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 6：Be aware the advert states the hotel has wifi, but this is only available in the reception not in rooms, in rooms there is a ethernet point however this gives very bad connection problems. the receptionist is as useful as a chocolate teapot. we asked him to book us a taxi at a specific time, when we showed up to the reception expecting our taxi to be there, he stated that he called too early and the taxi would only come if he called five minutes before. so, did he call a taxi five minutes before he expected us to turn up....? no, this was obviously way too difficult for him to handle. Useless and infuriatingly so!

Review 9：The hotel breakfast was great and the coffee was wonderful. Staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is not far from the tram (free parking at hotel and at tram), which takes you into Firenze city center within 20 minutes. :)

Review 26：The breakfast wasn't up to a 4-star hotel, as it lacked more variety, and some of the products weren't of good quality. The hotel lacks a restaurant, especially being located in an industral zone, without any options in the surrounding area. The rooms don't have tea making facilities and the bar was already closed when we arrived, late afternoon.

Review 30：they are not in Florence, but in a little place attached to Florence. They don't give you wifi, in a business hotel we had to pay? to have a wifi is normal thing in every 4* business hotel, and they wanted to charge it 12 eur for 24hours we will not stay there again!

Review 38：The location is perfect for visiting Florence when you have a car. it is a short distance to get to the city center. Room and bed was comfortable. Bed quite big, wide enough to sleep with an infant. Hellpful reception staff. It was not a problem to change the room.

Review 39：There are not a pot and glasses in the room (only plastic). We can not find a taxi from the nearest train station to get the hotel and for it we need to return on the main station. The bus stop (N26) was far from the hotel and we could not understand how to get to the station. Taxi from the hotel to the station in day time was more expensive that taxi from the station to the hotel in the evening.

Review 41：I won't expect a five star hotel service when I only paid 90 euro pernight in Florence, but at least the reception won't give you attitudewhen we ask for toothbrush(they ran out of toothbrush). Their freebreakfast was on the garden table and I saw flies running on them allnight, which the next morning the take it in the lounge and serve you,it's ridiculous.

Review 42：Staff on the reception desk doesn't know English, very poor conversation. The breakfast is uniform, poor, it is big different from what is written. Room is too small and airless, you have only few national channel for free, others channels have to pay. The biggest problem is safety on guests and their properties. Specifically, our money was stolen from closed room with electronic card and deposit safe box with private code ( 700euro ). The staff of hotel doesn't give any help to us, they refer to wander on police station while no one of manager from hotel couldn't find in that moment. Conclusion, we left hotel stolen, humiliated, informed that our rights on money back achieve only with private initiative without any support from hotel.
