Review 1：The brother and sister duo were really nice and even gave us restaurant recommendations. The breakfast in the morning was really good and the location was perfect as we were a couple blocks away from the center of the town.
Review 2：We didn't like the staff and the breakfast which was actually a non-breakfast..no buffet at all...the owner was cleaning the kitchen instead of leaving us on our own!!

Review 10：Small nice private hotel. In city center. Owner recommended nice restaurant in city "Lenin" (tourists would not find it on their own). English communication basic. Ask the room on ground floor with terrace. You could have nice breakfast there.
Review 11：The gate door was closed in the evening and we were able to leave/enter the possesion only by manually sliding the car gate of the parking.
Review 12：The place is brand new and offers few parking places (not a problem in low season of May). Breakfast was very good. The owner was very friendly and helpful although she was speaking little english.
