Review 1：Room key is very out of date.
Review 2：Hotel room has beautiful view of the Mountain Aso. Hot Spring facilities are excellent. The Front Desk staff is very helpful and briefed me the wonderful hotel services at check-in.
Review 3：Way over priced for the value and quality it offered. Buffet wasoutrageously expensive and food quality was poor. After spending $32 forit, soft drinks were extra. Room was kind of run down. Bed was lumpy,pillow was EXTREmely uncomfortable. WOuld not stay there again orrecommend it.

Review 5：Sometimes there was a bit of a language barrier. We speak a little Japanese but if you didn't speak any some aspects of the stay, like booking a private onsen would be difficult.

Review 19：Comparative old room with no wifi and Internet in guest room of the old building, not sure about the other one. Really far from the JR station, takes more than 15 mins with heavy luggages due to a long climbing. Suggest to take a taxi, about JPY 620 one way.
