Review 1：At first, it looked like a typical Central-Eastern European hotel, but it turned out, that it is not a normal hotel, at all. They try to combine something that does not fit together, at all - a party hall with extremely loud music from loudspeakers throughout much of the night and hotel rooms, some of which are only separated from that party hall by a thin wall. It may be that such parties are relatively rare (I was there at New Year), and the hotel is quite large, many rooms probably have a sufficient distance from the party hall, but in the rooms that are directly on the side of the party hall, it is as loud as if a loudspeaker with normal volume was directly in the room. First, it was said that this extremely loud music would go on until 4 o'clock in the morning, but then in fact it went on significantly longer.What was also remarkable was the extreme arrogance with which people at the reception reacted to complaints. They said that everything was OK since the party was announced in advance and even made the absurd and obviously wrong claim that this would be the same in any hotel. I have been in many hotels, and I have never experienced something even remotely comparable, neither the extremely loud music at night nor the unbelieveable arrogance with which they reacted to complaints. In a normal hotel, it would go without saying that no-one even thinks about playing such extremely loud music from loudspeakers throughout the night in a room where there are hotel guests' rooms directly on the other side of the wall. That hotel guests should have the possibility to sleep at night seems to have a very low priority at Hotel Silver.What I also did not like is that there is hardly any vegetarian food and no vegan food on the menu. This is more typical of hotels in that part of Europe, and fortunately, there are other places in Białystok where people can eat.
Review 2：We missed some details we probably expected based on the extremely high score. Normal lightning in the staircase, a place to put your shampoo on in the shower etc. The city center is not 20 minutes by foot as the receptionist told us, but we do not mind walking.
