Review 1：The hotel was clean and very convenient.Bus was only 11 pesos to town.. Very friendly staff. Have them reset your room card when you return. Also like a lot of hotels in Mexico the hot water can be a long way from room and most showers have a low flow shower head so run your hot sink water to get it to your bathroom.. Breakfast was complimentary.. Coffee, orange drink, and bread and jelly. Very basic. But Free..

Review 4：Breakfast is a joke, trust me YOU dont want to eat that breakfast specially when served from the Maintenance people who also clean bathrooms, mop the floor and serve the so called breakfast, Milk is left unrefrigerated and unattended, coffee is burnt and they serve moldy bread as well as running out of Jelly and other items, I did not have breakfast after tasting the coffee and see how filthy the place was, the pool was full of Men drinking beer in a glass bottle and circus polka type loud music, the environment was not suitable for families or business people and the staff is not friendly at all, this hotel needs customer service and food and beverage management pronto!

Review 19：the smell when we came into the lobby. Smelled like sewer. The breakfast wasn't a real breakfast but better to say coffee or tea. For the price one cannot expect a real breakfast.

Review 20：I liked the fellows at the desk. Very helpful and friendly. I liked the decor, clean, red and white is attractive. Free parking is also good and so close to the cinema and shopping!

Review 21：This Hotel has everything you need somethings didnt work right away (like hot water in the shower) but after i asked For help they fixed it right away. The rooms and the swimming pool are clean. A 20 min walk to the centre is not very close but i enjoyed the walks and when i got tired i just took the bus ( stops in Front oft the hotel and Costs 10 pesos). The staff was very helpful and careing. If you speak spanish you have a big advantage but the Staff will help you anyway. Good price i would book it again.

Review 30：The mathematical manipulation of the taxes and conversion to pesos was asmoke and mirrors event advantageous to the hotel. The prices you listmust be inclusive of all charges and the payment by visa or other chargecard must be in dollars to avoid this manipulation, very unfair and Iprotest!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up paying for an additional due to thesemanipulations instead of a free night for staying 7 nights. Neveragain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
