Reviews for BoutiqueHotel Aristo

Review 1:I've informed that I've broken a shade from the lamp in the room. I've broken it because someone has ran a cable around a leg of a chair. I haven't noticed it and as I've moved a chair - the lamp has fallen on the floor. At our departure I was paying a bill for our stay and I had a feeling that I was paying more then the website indicated but because I wasn't sure - I didn't say a word, I thought I'll check at home. And I've checked it and they have charged me 560PLN more ( almost £100 more!). I've contacted a reception and I was told that a manager of the hotel decided to charge that money for a shade of the lamp! Nobody has informed me, they had added it to the cost of stay (not an extra service/item) and I was waiting a week for a email or phone call from the manager and it didn't happen... that's why I have decided to worn everybody. Very poor customer service!!!

Review 2:I liked a hotel and location but I'm very disappointed with the rest.

Review 3:Everything is perfect. It is an excellent place for a romantic stay, it is an excellent place to stay during a longer trip. Great location, just in the middle of (old)town. Great winebar. Very healthy and delicious breakfast, rich choice.

Review 4:The WiFi doesn't reach the top floor, except once in a while and only for a minute. The top floor room (#30) is in a garret, and the wall slopes in, such that you hit your head when you go to bed.

Review 5:Overall excellent room. Restaurant served wonderful meals, the best we had in Bialystok. Great central location.

Review 6:But the noise outside was disturbing and inappropriate. Next door to the hotel is situated night club or smth like this. That is really a big con. Moreover walls between rooms are not enought thick. You could easily hear what is going on in the next room.

Review 7:Location is the best! Also personal are very nice. Room is quite big and clean. Bathroom is wonderful. Lots of space, shower cabin is huge and in general I like the design.

Review 8:A neglectable detail - the bar inventory was not correct.

Review 9:Central location, privately run hotel striving to high standards, high quality equipment, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Review 10:The staff were friendly, helpful and professional at all times. The hotel was quiet and cool in what has been a heatwave of 35 degrees and over. They even prepared sandwiches for our journey back to Kraków!

Review 11:A lovely hotel in a terrific central location. Plenty of on-street parking. Large comfortable room. Helpful staff (important given an unexpectedly very late arrival). And a wonderful, very Polish breakfast.

Review 12:there was a rock concert in the city center that lasted until midnight! Not a good think for those who want to sleep. The internet wanted our password too often

Review 13:location, breakfast, the rooms and staff

Review 14:The hotel location is just perfect as well as the beautiful rooms and the wonderfully helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

Review 15:nothing to mention.

Review 16:- Boutique style - Excellent restaurant and wine bar - quiet place - cocktail bar next door (not from the hotel) with terras outside - friendly and helpfull staff

Review 17:I was a little unfortunate to have to pay for the car parking

Review 18:Our room with the balcony was the best hotel room we have ever had! The room was huge as was the balcony and the bathroom fantastic. We highly recommend the restaurant.

Review 19:Internet should work easier. It drops down the wifi if you dont use mob/ipad in few mins. And you must sign in again before it starts working - a bit frustrating in my opinion. Breakfast mot as good as before. Re-filling of buffee plates forgotten - why ?

Review 20:This boutique hotel is a pearl in Bialystok. Have been staying there several times before. More than just a 3star hotel. Can recommend.

Review 21:The size of the beds, just a tad too narrow for us. Also had to keep entering code for wifi even when using system.

Review 22:We liked the view from our bedroom window, we liked the size of the room, the walk in shower cabinet and the fact that on entering the hotel, you did not have far to go to get to the room. We love he restaurant food and service.

Review 23:Just everything - the location is great, parking is very comfortable (on the same one-way street as the hotel is, there seemed to be enough room most of the time; payable public parking only on workdays from 10am-18pm); room is very well decorated and comfortable; breakfast was excellent with wide choices from meat to fish etc; great staff, very friendly and welcoming, introducing the parking and wifi and everything. Highly recommended and we will stay there again for sure!

Review 24:Great location just opposite Branicki palace. Stylish and clean room, superb bathroom. Breakfast in the Savoy restaurant was fantastic! Huge choice for every taste.

Review 25:WiFi signal in our room was poor, but we had a room on a top floor. Also the room was small, but still very good value for the money. The bed was comfortable, but not exceptional.

Review 26:Perfect localization, steps away from old town, everything you want to see in Bialystok within walking distance. The hotel is very small, in a renovated tenement house on a quiet street. The breakfast is just overkill value for the money. Don't go anywhere else for a breakfast! Everything was fresh and tasty, the selection was match for 5* hotels. Also the shower was great. Highly recommended.

Review 27:Expensive for Poland and Bialystok

Review 28:Fully refurbished since my last visit. Now placed in the boutique category. Excellent room, facilities, breakfast etc.

Review 29:It was fantastic and a very cozy stay. Very nice and rich interior - in expensive materials and furniture. We felt very comfortable and cozy. Highly recomend this hotel for everybody, who planing trip to Bialystok! It is real boutique hotel, worth 5*

Review 30:Even though double room was book we were given a room with two single beds put next to each other which was quite uncomfy - the space between beds was rather disturbing as I keep rolling into it while asleep. However, apart from it the bed itself was rather comfy.

Review 31:Very clean and brand new, cosy and pretty stylish. Comfortable rooms with modern bathroom. Nice touch was a chocolate in shape of Santa Claus (it was Christmas time); perfect location (right in the city center, just across the street from Branicki's Palace and few steps from city park and cityhall alike), but intimate and quiet. Highly recommended.

Review 32:My hotel of choice when in Bialystok. Stayed here for the third time. Each time in a different room. The best was the first- an enormous twin room. This time I opted for a double standard room- much smaller but also comfy. Will return for sure.

Review 33:Eveything was superd except for the fiancial question. I booked a room with free cancellation and three days before the date of arrival hotel blocked the money for the first night. When ckecking out, they tried to charge the whole amount plus to that blocked sum. When pointed, they excused, that forgot to put it into the computer system and charged as it should be. But that financial inaccurancy spoiled the opinion of the hotel. Except for that it is great.

Review 34:Location, rooms, breakfast, wi-fi - great!

Review 35:Savoy restaurant perfect. Very clean hotel, big and comfortable room. Good parking, free of charge during weekend. Very good location, easy to find out.

Review 36:This is an A+ hotel in every respect. Classy design, excellent staff, wonderful breakfast! We loved it all and would gladly return if ever in the area.

Review 37:Negatives don't apply here.

Review 38:On top of the excellent accommodation facilities, and great location, the hotel restaurant created food to die for if that is what Heaven is like. Elegant restaurant with professional service and a chef that cooks for the gods. Throughout the hotel the most wonderful (real) orchids.

Review 39:Sadly, there was no offer of help with luggage - although there might have been had we asked. TV channels did not include CNN or Al Jazeera or any English language movies for my husband - BBC World News is no longer sufficient.

Review 40:Staff were perfectly trained and reservedly charming. Breakfast was like a childhood dream about visiting a lovely relative. Lunch menu was a delightful mix of Regional and European. The building conversion - exemplary. The place is suitable for a guest with a nice dog.

Review 41:All was great. Just a very small problem: There is´a gap between the floor and the door leading into the room from the corridor, which lets a ray of light in at night. We closed it with a blanket. Some kind of sealing at the bottom of the door would shut the gap and prevent light and sound from the corridor from coming into the room.

Review 42:We stayed in this hotel for the second time and were as positively impressed as before. Nice building in the very center of Bialystok, with a little luck parking right in front of the hotel, great room with a panoramic window. Quite spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Everything tip top.

Review 43:Wifi was not bad, but it could be a little better; it gets frustrating having to login regularly

Review 44:The hotel was lovely, in a great location, and the staff were excellent. One of the better hotels I have stayed at.

Review 45:Everything was excellent!

Review 46:I've never seen such a nice personal than this hotel's staff! Everything is 10/10: breakfast, cleanness, safety, location!

Review 47:the sauna/spa was too smal.

Review 48:The room was as big as a small apartment, every thing had really high quality: all the equipment were with high-quality, breakfast was perfect and they even gave you take-away coffee. The hotel was next to nice park, so it was very comfortable with a dog.

Review 49:Nothing

Review 50:Stylish, luxerious. Exquisite, tastefull decorated room (goldpainted wallpaper) nicely designed bathroom (illumination); breakfast (!!!) Airconditioning, minibar.

Review 51:The parking system with hour cards to buy Sluggish wifi

Review 52:Everything is good quality and well thought Excellent breakfast with varied quality products:don't miss it! Beautiful fresh flowers everywhere from the bedroom to the restaurant Ideally situated for walking around the centre of Bialystok

Review 53:The hotel was lacking an internal smoking area, but given the location I can't exactly blame the owners. Also there were no hotel issued robes, which I thought would be the standard.

Review 54:Location was very good, right in the centre of the city. Vital A/C was a must and rightfully provided in the summer Polish climate. Very helpful and nice hotel staff.

Review 55:the best hotel breakfast ever seen. Wow!! Excellent value for money. Never seen such an accomodation for this price: it would deserve 4 stars, definitely!

Review 56:- good location, good price, good quality - location about 200 from city center - accommodation quality - clean & nice - kind of boutique hotel - good selection of breakfast

Review 57:Nothing.

Review 58:Huge, beautiful rooms! Great view of city center. Amazing restaurant. Great service. Huge TV. Wonderful bathroom. Everything up to 5 star quality. Price was extremely reasonable for quality. One of the nicest small hotels I have ever been in.
