Review 1：I have booked 3 rooms for double occupancy with breakfast, but at a very last minute one person could not travel with us. While checking in, I told that we are 5 and not 6 persons for 3 rooms and asked to change one standard room for single occupancy, which receptionist told me she did. But I was charged the full amount at the check out. Price difference should be very small, it's basically just the breakfast charge for one person, but hotel used different excuses and last one was that they could not change the price of the booking made through booking.com. Unbelievably not cooperative and not customer oriented management position. Small thing, very little money, but that would prevent me from staying at this hotel in the future, although it was not our first visit.

Review 2：Advised 3 days before arrival that the Restaurant would be closed on the Saturday night with no reason given - no direct response to my e-mail expressing disappointment. Found out on the night that the restaurant and bar had been booked out for an all night very noisy party which ended at 04:00 and disturbed our sleep totally.

Review 3：A clean, comfortable & well positioned hotel close to the city centre & next to the park & palace. Staff were very welcoming & helpful. Secure (limited) underground parking was very welcome.

Review 4：Nice place to stay, good breakfast (including salads, pancakes, fruits). There is a kettle in the room. Welcoming staff. Our room was ready earlier than 14.00, so we had an early check in without additional charge.

Review 6：Isolation beetwen floors is very bad.! Noisy, when courspeople are in hotel. We were very disturbed during the nigth. After 3th ! contact with reception they called security. In the morning startet very noisy buidingswork. So we changed hotel! 2. Very dry air in the room

Review 8：Shower head in the room 407 was not tighten up (screw was loose), so it was not comfortable to take shower (this is fixable, so hope staff will it to consideration and fix that screw). Other than that little thing, everything else was perfect!

Review 15：Lack of info upon arrival very late that the parking is public and a ticket needs to be paid. Service and attitude of staff - a guest may feel as a suspect seeing receptionist checking with a cleaning lady via walkie-talkie whether what another guest declared about use of minibar "is true"; not nice at all; similarly - request to pay for the stay just upon arrival does not sound pleasant and seems unusual.

Review 21：Double bed made from 2 single. One complete mattress cover can't hide it, you can feel it. Double bed supposed to be with one, complete mattress for good sleep.

Review 101：The parking is free on weekend. The room was big, with windows from the floor to the ceiling. Also it was a big balcony. Really big bathroom with comfortable shower-unit. Many towels. Great and really big bed. It is about 200 m to the numerous cafes. Also it is very close to main galleries (about 10 minutes by car). The breakfast could be better, but from the other hand it was impossible to remain hungry - several sorts of cheese, meat, sausages, eggs, good coffee-maker machine with cappuccino. Strongly recommend.

Situated in the middle of the town with great view from the window. Parking nearby, which is free on weekend. We definitely return here, this is excellent place!

The hotel took payment for the room straight after we've booked it but young lady at the reception desk wasn't even aware of that and asked us to pay again without checking. System should show that the room was already payed for. The breakfast menu was very poor compare to other hotel menues.
