Review 1：Very nicely situated close to the dunes and the small village of Groet. The park is very basic but that is clear from the advert. Good value for money!

Please note that a damage deposit of 70 EUR is required per unit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning fee of 50 EUR is optional, guests can choose to clean themselves.Please note that towels and bed linen are not included. The following charges apply:- Bedlinen 8 EUR per person per stay (optional)- Towels 6.50 EUR per person per stay (optional)A security deposit of EUR 70 is required upon arrival for incidental charges.
