Review 1：Nothing except for a slight inconvenience when we need to cross to the main builing since we were located at the annexe building.

Review 4：the room (spacious with great view of volcano), the very helpful staff, most of whom spoke good English, the hot springs bathing facility, good breakfast choices, and the stunning architecture including the soaring atrium
