Review 1：The staff is quite nice. They do tell you about the scenes around, without any maps provided though. The parking area is spacious but the gate is not locked during night. I am not sure if someone is guarding. Restaurants requires reservation quite in advance in high season.
Review 2：The apartment takes 5mins walk to the lake and situated only 400m away from the famous water tower. Walking along the main street (out the hotel to your left ), you can reach the rotary bridge in 15mins.
Review 3：staff does not speak English / Deutsch. The room was quite old (balcony door damaged, bathroom would need renovation, paperthin doors - noisy), way overpriced for the location, breakfast was very cheap (cheapest salami, cheese you can find), when the restaurant closed at 22.00 there was noone answering the door bell for 15 minutes to open the door for us to the hotel part

Review 7：As we spent 3 nights in the hotel, each morning we had breakfast a different range. The first day was a plentiful buffet with excelent food which was complement lot of times but next morning we had just one poor served plate for two...
Review 8：Location, it's in the centre of the city, close to lake and walking distance to main attractions (water tower's museum, billiard, bars, shops, etc). In general it is good budget hotel with parking place and its own restaurant. Every day we had a room service.

Review 14：Staff was very nice. The location great, right in the middle town. It looked clean but there was foul odor coming from under the shower. The floors looks very cleaned but when my daughter was crawling her pants got very dirty. This place is very cheap and ok for the price even thoug the shower stunk. The staff took care of the smell the same day I asked. I would recomed the place to others.
