Review 1：The caravan wa dirty, it looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned for ages. I tried to speak to the reception when I paid my €100 deposit about the cleanliness off the accomadation but both reception staff looked at me blankly, I don't think they understood with the language barrier. We didn't fancy cooking in there so we went out and ate instead of having bbqs or cooking. The pool didn't open till 10 am and closed at 6 which was inconvenient. We made the most of the holiday and enjoyed ourselves.

Review 2：The swimming pool was nice and clean.

Review 3：Accomadation very small (no storage any where, bathroom tiny no where for towels/toiletries) and poorly equipped, you paid 100euro to leave clean but the accomadation was very dirty when we arrived under the fridge thick dirt (also the only cleaning equip was one soft brush and one deck brush was also damaged (shelf edging and disscoloured walls) when reported this the staff did not show any interest. the only cooking facility was a cooker top and BBQ (no oven or grill/toaster/microwave) Previously stopped in Bela Italia and have been spolit were expecting the same.....

Review 4：Lakeside beach and food in restaurant was ok. Good decking area outside accomadation. Restaurant and bar staff friendly reception staff not..

Review 5：Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Pool area was great and we never had a problem getting a lounger. challets are excellent with everything that you could need for a stay, including a dishwasher!

Review 9：We were positively surprised. Good location, nice pools and other facilities, everything clean. Very surprised by the quality of the 2-bed apartment (that was excellent). Good access to very nice and clean part of the lake and proximity of mountains. Stuff was able to communicate in English or German and generally friendly.

You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.You should bring your own bed linen and towels as they are not available on site.From 3 May to 28 June and from 31 August until 19 September, only 1 swimming pool for adults and 1 for children will be open.Use of the tennis court and BBQ facilities comes at extra cost.Guests are expected to leave the apartments clean and tidy. If this is not the case, a final cleaning fee will be charged.Please note that entertainment activities are available in July and August.Please inform Campeggio Europa Silvella of your expected arrival time in advance.
